I had the Pacos Taco with Brisket. It was very good, but kind of messy. The second taco was harder to pick up because it had sat in the juices on the plate so was kind of soggy. Service was quick and friendly. I got their Watermelon special drink because my daughter and her friend both ordered one. I should... More

Easy place to get to and the food is worth the visit, as is the staff and prices. Typical Mexican restaurant but still a cut above the rest. Have been here relatively frequently and would not mind coming back tomorrow.

We went to Paco's Taco's on a rainy Sunday afternoon. It was $3.00 Mexican beer specials...yay! Our server Clinton has great customer service. From the drinks, to the appetizer, to the entree, Clinton was on point with his service. I got the crispy chicken tacos, my girl got the shrimp taco. The food was tasty! They will let you modify what kind... More

A local gem of an area restauranteur! This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Charlotte and a go-to lunch spot. I love the veggie fajitas and the grilled fish taco along with their chopped salad. Don't forget to try their tableside guacamole - but do beware, it does have onions.

Nine members of our family went there for lunch. Everyone was pleased with their food- I've never had a brisket taco. Can't remember a time when I got more attentive service- drink glasses were never empty.

Paco's is located directly out the backdoor of the Marriott. I found it literally by following my nose. The smell of brisket is what led me in. This was on Friday, February 14. The restaurant had been closed for a couple of days due to the weather. It had just reopened for lunch. I had the "Smokey and the Brisket"... More

Saw other folks on Trip Advisor saying a lot of good things about this place so my wife and I decided to give it a try. Glad we did. Location of the restaurant is great. Easy parking. A nice outdoor patio for sitting outside in warmer weather ( we went in February so not outdoors....) The guacamole was excellent. My... More

My wife and I just wanted to stop in and check out this place since it was right around the corner from our hotel. We were not disappointed. It was around 6pm and I believe they were on a 20-30 min wait, so we just sat at the bar. We had a couple of drinks, chips & salsa and a... More
