A must

Great atmosphere, great food and the proceeds go to help missions. The prices are reasonable. They play Christian music

Allthough the place looks a little run down we enjoyed a very nice evening here. The food is quite good and most of all it's fresh. The waiters and waitresses are very nice and fast. What I liked the most about this place is that it is a non-profit organisation. The wines were good, too. I think they could do... More

The service is good every time. The food is also good - consistent. The cause is also a really great reason to stop in. It's great for groups or individuals, and the bar is a nice spot. I definitely recommend the banana pudding!

The food is excellent, the service equally so, and the fact that it's a non-profit with a great social cause, makes it particularly worth a visit.

The Kings kitchen is not only a great place to go eat but the people there are so friendly. If you're wanting a southern dinner with a little class while you're in town this is the place to go!

We were just looking for a place to have lunch before attending a memorial service at the First Presbyterian Church a block away. Stumbled on this restaurant and had a really wonderful lunch. Food was delicious and plentiful. We were pleased to find a broad selection of vegetables available for lunch to go with our meals. The staff were all... More

9 of us went to The Kings Kitchen for dinner. We had a variety of meals from Shrimp and Grits, Brisket, Fried chicken, and Flounder. Our aim was to try examples of the local cuisine. We also had sides like corn bread and collard greens. All were delicious and filling, with most of us not finishing our mains. We also... More

My family and I had the privilege to dine at Kings Kitchen this evening. It was a beautiful, crisp autumn night so we walked the short distance from our hotel. Restaurant is upscale in appearance- NYC Bistro vibe. Quickly seated ( we did make reservations, but we would have been fine without!). Waitress came immediately, filled our water glasses, explain...
