This is a great Thai place in Eastover. Staff is very friendly and informative. It has a cozy atmosphere and great food.
I got take-out from this restaurant last night and it was nothing short of abysmal. My Pad Khing consisted of rubbery, cold pieces of meat and water-logged, soggy vegetables. It was the most flavorless, not to mention low quality, Thai food I have ever had. There was no ginger, no seasonings of any kind in the entire dish and it... More
An incredibly disappointing meal. Pad Khing with beef had absolutely no ginger (or flavor in general) and had the taste and consistency of microwaved lean cuisine. The only flavor to the Prik Pao with chicken was the red pepper/chili oil, which, to its credit, made it slightly more palatable than the Pad Khing. The vegetables on both dishes were soggy... More
A charming restaurant with good prices , good service and excellent food. The soft shell crab was memorable and the spring rolls were quite nice. A nice culinary option.
We live close to Deejai and have always enjoyed their food. They become very busy very quickly in the evenings, so we go early if we want to be seated without a long wait. We have eaten there once a month for the past three months. Each time there has been a really long wait to get our food. We... More
Great location for Thai food in Charlotte. Parking can be difficult due to location next to Manor theater, but it is worth trying to find a spot. One of the few restaurants in Charlotte that really understands the Gluten Free concept and is willing to make adjustments to the menu to accommodate the needs of our GF teenage kids. Restaurant... Despite its convenient location we stopped eating here last fall. The food was tasteless and greasy so we shifted to other local Thai spots.
Had dinner here tonight, wow !!!! This place is awsome service was excellent, and food was even better. A must try. A little pricey but worth it.
I visited Deejai for the first time this weekend with three other people. Though it was a Saturday night, we only waited five minutes. The food took a little longer, but since I hate the feeling of being rushed, I didn't mind a bit. I ordered the panang curry, and it was so delicious! The portions are just the right... More
green papaya salad. Tofu steamed in dishes rather than fried if you request. Service courteous and efficient. Small local convenient to Manor Theatre for before or after the movies. These are the best spring rolls I have tasted in a long time and we try a lot of Thai restaurants. you can choose your spiciness level 1-5. We usually choose... More
