Great Food and Great Service

We had a great meal here and couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were for Uptown Charlotte. The couple with us had the wrong appetizer brought to them, but it was quickly corrected and they let us enjoy the one they brought in error too. Overall, this is a great Italian place to go to if... read more

Excellent menu choices. Upscale Menu. The carmelized Gnocchi was delicious. Everyone else enjoyed their food. Service was extremely slow. Busy night and our server busy was other customers. We had tickets to Bluemmenthal Theater so on a tight schedule. Otherwise would return

For those not heading to the theatre, why rush the meal? Otherwise my kale salad was delightful and the pasta perfectly prepared. The venue is nice with good service. Recommend asking the guest if they are in a hurray before assuming it.

This was our second new restaurant to try during restaurant week, and from other RW reviews, I agree that restaurants should take advantage of this even to satisfy new customers, but seem to fall short. Aria was no different. The meal options covered most of the regular menu, which was nice, but the food wasn't even close to the hype.... More

I wasn't sure if I would like the atmosphere here, it looks cold from the photos but it was very inviting and cozy. Lots of soft surfaces so the sound absorption makes for a quiet, private feeling meal. The food was excellent, butternut squash ravioli tasted fresh and homemade. The tiramisu is not your average, cut from the box deal...It... More

I've lived in Charlotte for almost 3 years now and my wife and I eat out a lot in the uptown area. Somehow, we just never managed to get to Aria... until last night... and I'm glad we finally went. We had reservations for 7:45 but got there about 7:15 to have a drink at the bar. The restaurant was... More

I was recently in Charlotte for business and ate at Aria twice in four nights. Both times the service was excellent, presentation nice, and the food was delicious. Two of us had the penne a la vodka and the third person had the osso bucco. Both dishes were very tasty and the portion large. The bread placed on the table... More

So for Veteran's Day Weekend, my wife and I decided to go to Aria Tuscan Grille for dinner. We were extremely impressed with the decor and the romantic, intimate atmosphere, as soon as we walked into the door. I will say that the server and hostess staff here aren't the friendliest in the world. Our server wasn't very talkative and... More

Excellent, all the way around. My family and I were flying-out of Charlotte for vacation and I decided to take them to this restaurant to celebrate our trip the night before. It was fantastic. The ambiance was excellent, the service was terrific, and the choices were superb. My husband had the Osso Bucco; wonderful! I had the gnocchi gorgonzola with... More

Aria is one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte. We live to sit at the chef's table to watch the action in the kitchen. The atmosphere is amazing. The food is great. The staff is good. You'll enjoy Aria if you like Tuscan.
