Different and terrific food

A friend and I visited for the first time. Really interesting menu, and executed so well. The brie brulee was swoon-worthy, and the lavender chicken had components that didn't sound as if they would go together well --- but they did. We also had the filet, cooked just right, with a lovely... read more

We took some friends here for a culinary adventure. We had visited before and liked the place and the food. Our waiter was very helpful in describing the dishes ( tapas) and how much we needed for 4 people. The lavender chicken was absolutely delicious! It was our favorite. The fried Brussel sprout were also very good. An eclectic atmospher.... More

Unlimited brunch buffet for $20 on Sundays featuring salads, cheese, mac & cheese that's soooo good, swedish meatballs, deserts, biscuits and gravy. Made to order french toast and eggs Benedict were awesome!! And $3 Mimosas!

During a visit to Charlotte, some friends suggested we dine here. It's located in a very unassuming strip mall. The location and entrance don't provider any indication of the quality of food to be found inside. It's not Michelin star, but it is very, very good. Beef wellington appetizer plate was SUPERB, The mussels in a slightly spicy creamy broth,... More

love the chocolate waffles and scrambled eggs and bacon. Sometimes they offer omelettes to be brought out as well.

I met some friends here for Father's day and had the most amazing brunch. Everything on the buffet was fresh and tasty. The gravlax was especially good. The buffet alone was amazing but my friends ordered a number of additional items like bacon, scrambled eggs, eggs benedict, etc that were excellent. They served these chocolate waffles that were to die... More

Bisto La Bon is one of our favorite restaurants in Charlotte. Such good food, with an interesting blend of influences, due to the background of the chef. Fantastic food, presented elegantly in a comfortable setting. We love it!

Love the bar staff at Bistro La Bon. Always know their wines, they go out of their way to find unique and delicious wines. Appetizers are tasty. Great neighborhood gem

I had not been to Bistro La Bon in awhile so I went last Friday night with my wife and teenage daughter, both of which know and appreciate good food. I'll cut to the chase: My dinner was spectacular. I fully expected to have the Salmon or the Creek Stone Farm Filet. But, for some reason I decided to have... More

A friend and I had brunch here on Sunday - and it was fantastic. They have a fantastic buffet. Smoked salmon, grits with cheese, scalloped potatoes, brisket cooked to perfection, sausage and cabbage, desserts, fruits, scones..... pretty much anything you could want with a bit of Southern flair. The biscuits with sausage gravy were absolutely delicious! You can also order... More
