They serve tapas style here, small plates of some very good food, we ate mostly vegetables, easy to share, with a 'lamp pop' thrown in. All was delicious, great service.

Dandelion Market in Charlotte, NC is a cool hangout spot in Uptown Charlotte but is hidden on a side street. If one did not know that Dandelion Market was a restaurant, it could easily be misinterpreted as a flower shop but as you walk past the front you can easily tell that it is in fact a place to eat.... Don't hog the greatness of Dandelion Market to yourself, bring a friend (or six) when you eat here. This is a tapas place that serves small plates to share. We had a group of four and we each ordered one plate so we could get a good variety. The mac and cheese and scallops were my favorite. They also had... More

We enjoyed a very good selection, great service, and delicious food. We particularly enjoyed the variety of types of food available for sharing in the "small plates style." However, the restaurant was very loud, so it was difficult to have a conversation while eating. I would definitely return, but I wish there was a way that the restaurant could reduce... More

Self-proclaimed calimari expert, I strongly recommend you try it. The aioli sauce it comes with is very nice but pair it with their marinara sauce! The poblano pepper is another favorite of mine. Mac & Cheese didn't do much for me. This is a great spot for a relaxed evening with friends.

Love, Love, Love this place. Great food, drink and service. I highly recommend it. Dandelion Market was able to accommodate a large party from my office and we ordered the works. So yummy.

Took my parents who have been in the Restaurant business for over 20 years, because I had originally had such a great experence there. I was told I would have a 45 minute wait due to the size of our party. We were never seated even after ordering drinks and apps and waiting 2 hours. The manager was rude when... More

Fantastic! We were only in Charlotte for 24 hours and were so glad we chose to eat here! It was a sleepy Sunday night, but the bartender was super helpful with suggestions for beer and plates. After we ate, I wanted to kiss the chef. It was that good. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. We started with the... More

We hadn't had small plates for awhile and decided to give the dinner menu at Dandelion Market a try. We ordered four things--the prosciutto and goat cheese crostini, the Southern caprese, the fried calamari, and the crab and avocado salad. The crostini was good but surprisingly inconsistent--there were large pieces of bread with just a taste of the toppings and... More

Walked here for a late dinner while staying at the nearby Marriott. Great little place-- looks like a typical English pub from the outside, indoor decor is rustic & homey. Menu consists of small plates, local beers on tap & wine (by either glass or bottle). We sampled an item or two from each category: appetizer, meats, seafood & veggies.... More
