Can't say enough great things about this place. Loved the cozy english decor, the cute humor sprinkled throughout, the ambiance from the moment you walk in, and of course the great food. Very fresh, great flavor, and originality. And best of all 24 hours a day!!!

Wow, what a crazy zany treat with the most amazing food down in No Da arts district of Charlotte! From the outside you would drive past this 99 times out of 100, the surrounding area does nothing to inspire stopping to discover this absolute gem of a restaurant come bakery. Inside it is reminiscent of Sarastro in Londons theatre district,... More

Go to Amelies every time we are in Charlotte. We go for their great soups, pastries and coffee. Plenty of seating to talk. Atmosphere fun and enjoyable. Sometimes there is line for their food but always worth it. Yum.

This was a wonderful experience. We went there for an afternoon snack and left full. The pastries are excellent, as are the freshly made iced teas. The eclectic decor is inviting and fun. The salty caramel brownie is delicious in both the regular and gluten free versions.

decent coffee and dessert. i did not think it was anything outstanding to deserve 5 stars. the inside had a eclectic assortment of furniture and decorations. made it a cool place to hang out and play on the computer. i would go back if in the area but would not make a long trip for it.

Not far from the Noda Brewing company in Charlotte within the Noda arts and food district, visit France with unique French pastries and grab lunch. The chocolate lavender creme brulee is simply a rare find and try the blueberry lemon torte. The bakery is covered with old school art and random household items that make this place feel homely.

I travel to France every year and to me this barley tastes like french pastries. The service is not bad. If you want to go out somewhere a little snack its not bad but i would recommend not to go for lunch dinner or dessert.

We visited here for a late breakfast due to all the wonderful reviews we read. We were disappointed and felt the place was very over-hyped. The restaurant is very cute inside -- eclectic and whimsical decorations which gave a charm to the space. The food and drinks did not measure up. I had a croissant, and my husband had a... More
