Every nook and cranny has a different feel to it. From the unique, eclectic furnishings to the things that they have gathered there! Not to say that that pastries aren't good too - they are mouth watering-ly delicious! A must go when in Charlotte

Like a french bakery? You wont regret this one, oh, and its 24h/7 ok? I love it, their pastries are awesome, as well as sandwiches! I recommend to anyone who lives or is traveling in Charlotte, its not a touristic place, but a must go.

They have many chocolaty desserts and pastries. If I didn't worry about calories and my wallet, I would have tried so many eye-appealing desserts. We stopped for a croissant sandwich, lattes, and french macaroons. Very nice display of desserts that would leave no one left wanting. Very busy place with outdoor and indoor tables and free WiFi and parking. Coffee... More

One of my all-time favorite places to go in Charlotte. A very open, artsy space, it is a staple on my list of places to take my friend when they visit. The food is exceptional and the atmosphere makes it the perfect place for a quiet catch-up or a serious study session.

Wow. Everyone in my family -kids, fiancé, mother, sisters- live Amelie's. The pastries are decadent. The potato and leak soup is excellent. The atmosphere is eclectic and fun. Worth the visit.

The best sandwich - ask for it warmed/tasted. Yummy, the crunchy bread, slightly warm pate, and cold gherkins. A taste for the senses. The pastries & case viewing are a must! We bring visitors to Charlotte here all the time.

Amelie's has been around from years it's like a landmark ad has opened a couple more locations although smaller. If you go plan properly since times like midnight on a Friday and Saturday will find you on a line that reaches out the door and further and no elbow room inside. Depending on location it may be open 27/7 or... More

Charlotteans love this restaurant because of it's big personality. The pastries are very good and the lavender hot chocolate is great and it is always always crowded (which is good if you like people watching). If you don't want to wait a few minutes in line then don't go--this isn't your kind of place.

When out for an evening in Charlotte, many times we like to stop at Amelie's to top the evening off with one of their amazing desserts. Love to have a Napoleon, Eclair, or chocolate croissant. Very charming atmosphere and always very busy. The French know their pastries (desserts)!

Been to France many times...this place is the real deal for coffee and pastry! Their French Press coffee is divine! Pastry was sublime. Wait staff was very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this French Bakery. Wish there was one in AZ😊!
