My wife and a few friends visited Chima on Friday night and it was great! Normally, I opt out of buffets and salad bars, however, at Chima the cleanliness and quality were impeccable. The selections of meat were constant and flavorful. The food was very good, but the service is what we'll remember the most. We were attended to by... More

My wife and I made a unscheduled trip to Charolette NC. I was under dressed. The food was great as was the service. My wife was hungry for Steak. 16 types of steak brought sizzling to your table. I went for the fish and salad bar. Great options for anyone. It would put a cruise ship to the test.

Bring your appetite because there is no end to the courses here! You can choose to have just the salad bar, which is HUGE, or both the salad bar and the endless courses of meat. The faves at our table were the bacon wrapped filet, swordfish, ribs and sirloin. It's not cheap but the portions are endless and everything was... More

We dined here for my 15 wedding anniversary with 3 other couples and the food and service was great! The top sirloin was my favorite. My husband is a meat and potatoes man and he thoroughly enjoyed himself. $52 pp for all the meat and nice salad bar (worth it) and $11 mixed drinks (pricey). Will go back. Check website... More

I visited Chima's for a work event and the food was very dry. I would not recommend to come here pay the expensive prices and receive dry food.

You will want to be fairly hungry in order to try the range of selections at this restaurant. The salad bar is huge, with fresh selections that are constantly being replenished. I recommend grabbing sauces for your meat at the same time you get salad, otherwise, you might not want to get up again after the meat is served. I... More

We've been to Chima a few times and each time it is the same excellent service and selections. The salad bar has a great selection of fresh vegetables, cheeses, fish, and many sauces. The one little kink in the armor is that there is a tiny undertone taste of cooking with open flame gas. Other than this its fun, food... More

I have to say the Picanha (or too sirloin) is out of this world. It literally melts in your mouth. Huge salad bar, but don't eat it so you can have more steak. The little plates they bring to the table like the potatoes and bread are not really anything to write about. The service is great. Bring your appetite... More

My son visited Chima last year during restaurant week, and since then has insisted that I too indulge in this dining experience. I really don't like buffet, but I finally took the invite. I was very impressed from the minute I walked in the door. We made it a Sunday afternoon family meal. As we walked toward our seat, I... More
