Great food. Always fresh. Friendly staff. Great meeting place. Delicions. The portions are generous and lots of options for lunch/dinner.

My wife and I always take a 'nice' bottle of red wine with us - the restaurant will open it for free. We then share the cedar plank Salmon; they split it and give us two separate plates with plenty of food. We can enjoy a great meal with a great wine in a great place. This restaurant is very... More

My family and I go here often and we have always had incredible service and love the food. The crab cakes are one of our favorites, along with the Thai Steak Salad. Great option to dine outdoors near the firepit, also. The bar always had a large crowd and overall is a neighborhood gem.

On Sep 25, 2014 we treated the friend we were visiting to dinner here at his recommendation. Food was very good. Our server, Molly, was excellent. I had the fish tacos, which were slightly spicy. I don't like spicy food, but this was acceptable. However, there were three huge tacos with rice and beans. I expected two tacos. The menu did... More

My wife and I stopped by for dinner based on the trip-advisor reviews. The steaks were OK but not anything special, but the Grilled Artichoke appetizer was one of the best appetizers ever. We would go back just for that. The banana cream pie was pretty spectacular, too.

Visiting friends in Charlotte and they suggested we go to one of their favorite places, 131 Main. No reservations taken but of you do a "call ahead" it will help ensure a more timely seating. The food is good. Service is attentive even in a large crowd. Be prepared...it will be quite loud in any part of the restaurant because... More

Loud busy and happening kinda place. We called ahead which really didn't do any good. We were told a 30 minute wait but only got seated after 75 minutes because we complained. I have to say that the manager did a great job of customer recovery and bought us dessert. My suggestion is to have a reservation and expect a... More

I recently had lunch at 131 Main at Blakeney in Charlotte. Oh my goodness, the food was delicious! I had the steak medallions with blue cheese mashed potatoes. The steak was tender and melted in my mouth, and the potatoes were also great. For dessert, we had cheesecake that was just as delicious. The price was high for lunch because... More

Visited 131Main for the first time and found it to be a very active place. The food was good but the service was even better. Our server made great suggestions and ensured every detail was covered. I had the surf and turf which was a filet and crab cake. Prices were fair for this type food and setting. Would recommend... More
