Decent Italian cuisine served in American portions. Inattentive service resulted in extended periods of EGS (Empty Glass Syndrome), even though the dining room was only half full. If you like Sinatra, you may not notice the service deficiency.

In a world of chain restaurants, this is one of the best. They hand make all of their food including their pasta and is awesome. The service is great also rounding off an entire experience.

The food is outstanding much better than the other well know Italian restaurants. The food is very tasty with just the right amount of spices. When you look at the menu and the prices. You say to yourself that the prices are high. But wait until you get your order. The amount of food for the price is outstanding. You... More

This Maggiano's is tucked into the mall in Charlotte, I met a business associate for lunch and noticed it wasn't very crowded at noon. We both had a chopped salad, which wasn't bad, but also wasn't great. There was a remarkable difference between the description in the menu and the salad I received. Bottom line, I paid $40 with a... This is one of my boyfriends favorite places. We were disappointed some. He enjoyed his meal a lot, he ordered the salmon covered in some type of crap and shrimp sauce. I ordered the chicken marsala. It came with angel hair pasta with nothing on it. I ended up asking for some Alfredo sauce as there was not enough sauce... More

Made a reservation for 7pm. Arrived at 6:50pm and were seated immediately. Waitress did not take our food order until 7:10. Our food arrived at 7:50!

After eating at the Maggianos in Durham recently and enjoying it very much we decided to drive a little out of our way upon leaving Concord to go to this location. After a short 15 to 20 minute wait we were seated but our food was slow to arrive. Our server was slow to return, not quick to refill drinks,... More

I have fallen in love with the fried zucchini, it is cooked to perfection. Golden brown with a crispy coating on the outside. Worth the drive from Columbia just for that. The pasta is fantastic as well. If you don't want to wait an average of 1 to 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday night, just sit in the bar... More

This restaurant is a family favorite, and we end up going there any time we are in Charlotte. We always order the mozzarella marinara as an appetizer. Try it! I promise you will like it! The food is always served fresh and hot, and depending on what you order you get another plate to take home for later, which is... More

I've eaten at this particular restaurant several times and never had an average meal, all have been wonderful. The service is good (not great), but the food makes up for the slow service. Of course the slow service may have something to do with the place is packed every time I go in. Also, the wait staff are all very... More
