This is a nice restaurant, along the lines of a Ruth's Chris, but not as good IMO. The service was friendly but a wee bit slow. Food was good, but not good enough for the price...as I haven't been back since.

Bin 54 has a beautiful, upscale atmosphere without being stuffy. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the extensive wine list and menu. The scallop appetizer was delicious! Our steaks were cooked to perfection and came with a choice of "condiment" to compliment the taste. I had Blue Cheese Butter. The cool, savory taste with a medium rare filet... More

Our daughter booked an early dinner for approximately 20 family members and friends which took place on their outdoor veranda. Very enjoyable atmosphere, excellent service and an outstanding meal. Thank you Bin 54!

Husband wanted a steak! Was a little concerned about the other recent reviews citing substandard service. Wow were these folks ever misguided! This was a superb meal in a upscale warm comfortable setting: all in all a most memorable evening. Everything we ordered was delicious and served simply allowing the food to shine. Note: Please respect the dress code. The... More

This is a popular restaurant in the Chapel Hill area specialising in steak. We called in without a reservation during restaurant week to be met by an attitude of " you have to be joking" from the young lady at the front desk. This time we had a reservation and the young lady perfunctorily showed us to our seats without... More

I take that back. She had no idea what she was doing unless you were her friend. A guy got me a wine as the lady was useless. I asked the lady 3 times for a menu and she failed . In the end due to awful service I left. Now friends of hers came, sat, had drinks, food and... More

Enjoyed a holiday meal here and will be back! Had the crabcake for an appetizer, excellent - no fillers. You can ask for no panko crumbs on top and it will be gluten-free. We had an excellent wine recommendation. The steaks were perfect. We had haricot verts (green beans) with almonds and they were crisp and tasty. I liked the... More

Just got back from our dinner at Bin 54 and it was awesome. The side dishes were standout - creamed spinach (the best), mushroom ragout and Brussels sprouts. Our steaks came as we ordered them and the proper temperature. My dad said it was a meal on par with the steakhouses he's been to in Vegas.

A fine steak house for special occasions; has a good reputation; insane prices. Unfortunately I have had better steak at The Texas Roadhouse. My son's filet was average with an above average price. Priced at about $45 with $20 added to that for the featured sauce of the day. My strip steak was prepared as requested but was gristly, tough... More
