If you haven't been to Il Palio in 2014 then you don't know what you're missing! Don't even bother reading any of the reviews written prior to Chef Teddy's arrival in early January of 2014 as the entire restaurant has changed. They've updated the decor, they've hired a new manager and lots of new wait staff and most importantly they... More

I had two breakfasts and two dinners here. All were excellent. The best dinner was the first I had there: the black pasta with crab and a kale salad. I had the white Barolo with this which they have by the glass --interestingly, no one from the waiter to the restaurant manager seemed to know what it was when I... More

This is a great restaurant with wonderful food and top notch service. It is a quiet atmosphere and they were great acomodating my gluten-free diet. It is a restaurant I would return to.

IL Palio and it's new Executive Chef, Teddy Diggs, have reinvented this restaurant into its traditional Italian roots. Selection, portion, taste, presentation, and service exceeded our expectations. A true fine dining experience.

We have dined here many times and have never been disappointed with the food or the service. It's a great place for a business dinner or a quite romantic dinner.

If I lived in the area this would be the pace for special occasions or quiet evenings with my wife when we wanted to escape from the day-to day grind. While the setting is unmistakably in a hotel, it is a nice hotel. Just as I found myself wishing I could teleport the dining room to a more romantic location... More

I don't get the high ratings for this restaurant. This past Christmas Day was a huge disappointment. They were not prepared at all for the lunch business. First, we arrived at 11:30 for a 12 noon reservation so we could have our traditional Bloody Mary or Mimosa at the bar. The bartender (I use the term loosely) was not prepared... More

My partner and I had dinner and breakfast in this wonderful restaurant. We both highly praise the food and service. I wish we lived closer to dine here on a regular basis. (They have homemade biscuits for breakfast!)

We chose Il Palio for our family of 8 for Thanksgiving dinner, and it was a tremendous success. As we walked into the dining room, all the wait staff met us with big smiles and greetings. Large family groups like ours were seated in a side room so that we didn’t disturb smaller tables with our raised conversation. The four-course... More
