I'm a Pho lover. When I ordered Pho at Lotus Leaf Cafe, I found my self looking into a bowl of pure MSG. I dont know if MSG can cause serious harm but I'm sure it will damage your health. They threw in some mint leaves to hide the MSG smell but I can see right through it. Please donot... more

I absolutely love the Lotus Leaf Cafe. I don't know why people are complaining about the service. I wouldn't say that it is slow. Your glasses are filled as needed and plates are removed when you are done. The waitresses there give you time to enjoy your meal with few interuptions. That to me, makes a good restaurant. The food at Lotus Leaf is generally pretty good, but not outstanding. The service the last couple of times I've been was terrible. They were slow and inattentive. I might go back, but there are much better places to eat in Cary. more

Lotus Leaf Cafe is tucked away in a nondescript shopping center but it is a great find. The restaurant is small and casual, but with ambience. Diners can eat inside or out.
