What a disappointment. I arrived for lunch at around 1:00. The restaurant was mostly empty and no one was waiting for food. I ordered a sandwich to go. The cashier asked if I wanted a drink and cookie for $2.00 more—sure, thanks. Waited. And waited. Drank two glasses of iced tea. A lady who ordered after me got her food.... More

I went here for lunch on a Saturday and waited 45min for a sandwhich and they got my order wrong. But the cookie was good

If you have food allergies or care about someone who does, do not eat here! I have severe food allergies and have to bring my food with me when I go out to eat with friends. I went with a friend to this cafe and an employee or owner came and told me I could not bring food in for... More

I had the best experience at the Cary Cafe, delicious healthy food. A breath of fresh air. We had the pumpkin pancakes, and the sun-dried tomato and feta omelette with delicious soft fresh home made biscuits(probably better than your mothers!)! Definitely recommend it to anyone in Cary area.

I was a little disappointed with this place after reading good reviews. I had the chicken salad on a croissant, and while it tasted OK, there was too much mayo and not enough chicken. I was hungry again half way through the afternoon. The accompanying fruit cup was very small. I don't particularly mind putting in my own order and... More

Almost a perfect breakfast place. Food is excellent, atmosphere is great -- as a small local place. Owner and help are very nice. But expect to help yourself, much is self service. That is the only hangup along with the small number of seats crunched together. BUT the food is delicious. The lemon pancakes are the best in the region,... More

Love this place, great service with a smile and wonderful menu. If you plan on dining in on the weekends, I think it may be best to try to get there early. The everything bagels are delicious with cream cheese and some strawberry preserves.

We stop here trying to go to the top ten Breakfast venues in Raleigh. We went on a Saturday so were treated to the expanded offerings. My wife had the Greek omelet, She thought it was good had a generous amount of spinach and feta. I had the Belgium Waffle with sausage and egg. The eggs were scambled prepared correctly... More

A nice place for breakfast or lunch, with limited space and a limited menu. You put your order in at a small counter and then pick it up when your number is called (although a staff member kindly helped me fetch three orders to our table). Our party had one waffle breakfast, a Cuban sandwich, and a standard Greek sampler... More

I love Cary Cafe! The food is always scrumptious! You have to bus your own table but we could care less. Vickie and Abdul are great. Go especially on Saturday for their brunch.
