It is a shame that another restaurant bites the dust when it comes to customer service. With the struggling economy one would think that customer service would be the #1 priority for owners of any service oriented business. After living here for 3 years, I'll say you can definitely do better than Brigs. #2 is not actually #2 :) Try Benetis on NC 55 in Durham. Family owned, not "chainy" either. more

Although this is a local favorite, I wasn't overly impressed. I had the turkey and cheese omelet, add mushrooms, grits, english muffin and coffee.
