it's a typical small japanese restaurant with sushi bar, if you want to go best time is lunch //// the price is cheaper and dinner is expensive where you can pretty much eat the same food that is offered during lunch and dinner

I have been coming to this little gem for the last 10 years and never once been disappointed. I love the authentic Japanese experience with the decor and the waitresses in kimonos. This is the best sushi experience for me. The prices might be a little higher but worth every penny.

We had dinner here tonight on the recommendation from a friend. While the place was friendly and the service was great, the food was just ok. We had the shrimp shumai, edemame, white tuna nigiri, salmon nigiri,The Dragon Roll, The Caterpillar roll, a Shrimp tempura roll, and the NEGIMAKI. Everything was served in a timely manner, no complaints. Don't get... More

Our family spent six years in Japan and learned to enjoy a variety of Japanese dishes. We have found some okay Japanese food in different places but Kashin (which means Flower gods) is, by far, the best we've had in a long time. The staff was attentive and the food was expertly prepared. We sampled a variety of appetizers-gyoza, eda... More

Family run business by people who care about quality. They even offered great advice about the local economy and housing market. My wife and I are considering to move into the area in the future.

Ok, maybe since we've been regulars for years, they know our name and even our voice on the phone for takeout orders. But a restaurant has to be good consistently to earn repeat business and Kashin does it every time. Whether you dine in or carry out, this place definitely has the best sushi. Paul sources the best fish so... More

When I looked at this small restaurant from the parking lot, I was really close to not giving it a chance. But it's everything you could want! Great service, AMAZING FOOD and though they do offer the sushi staples of the area loaded with sauces, they also have a large quantity of sushi for those with a taste for the... More

Seriously sushi lovers, give this place a try. Do not let it's lower-level neighbors of Subway and China King make you think this place is of a lower caliber. It was some of the best sushi in the area. Never again will I hit the BOGO deal at Tasu for lunch. It is a little more expensive, but why just... More

Kashin is in the Crossroads Shopping Center. The owner, Paul, runs a friendly restaurant with very tasty food. My husband and I go there often. The sushi is excellent and for a great soup, try the Nagasaki Chanpon. I love this soup, full of noodles, veggies, seafood and a creamy, delicious broth. It is true comfort food.
