We've gone here multiple times, and I'd typically get a Cuban or vegetarian sandwich. Always good, and a good value. Well, this weekend we went and asked what was especially good that day. The man directed us to the Arroz con Pollo, and all I can say is it was outstanding. We were shocked by how good it was quite... More

In downtown Cary. You might overlook it, but if you want to try something different, try the Havana Grill. Not Mexican, but with a similar style. More of a home cooking latin style. There is nothing else like it. Pork is a more common component than beef. Rice cooked in a very different manner than you are accustom to, and... More

We really enjoyed our meal at Havana Grill last night. Their menu has a wide variety of offerings, including specials each night. The food was delicious and we felt that we were in someone's home eating their "home cooking!" The outdoor patio is covered with temporary walls and propane heaters. For a short time, I felt that I was on... More

We didn't realize this was more of a fast food cuban restaurant when we went. We started with the ham croquettes and then I had the ropa vieja with yucca and moro and my husband had the steak with yellow rice and red beans. We also had the rice pudding for dessert. The food was very tasty and was delivered... More

The food is excellent and just like eating at Versailles in Miami! Roberto is genuine Cuban-American and his staff will make you feel very at home. Many of his customers drive long distances to eat here (like we do!) Can't wait to go back for more!

On several occasion we have had authentic Cuban food. Locally and in Miami, Fl. So we decided to give this a try(last Friday). Staff friendly, sanitation grade 98 which was good. Food Not! We started with the fried yucca appetizer ( fried hot and fresh) with a dipping sauce, which was actually the best part of the meal. There were... More

This is cafeteria style Cuban food. Everything you would expect, the lechon asado was excellent. There is a large outdoor easting area. The inside is quite small, but we had no trouble with seating at 6:00 on a Saturday, it filled up later.

The empanada and tamales were very good. The plantain chips stale and bland. The steak and shrimp dishes were awesome. Disappointed with atmosphere. Expected table side service and china plates. Overall the meal was good, very traditional

We had a great time at this Cuban restaurant. The staff is very helpful and If you like or want to try Cuban food and live in Cary, this is the place to go! They also have Salsa evenings during the weeks. Call them to check schedule.
