Great Food

Hard not to order every thing on the menu. If you are not Asian you are the minority at this place. Had a language barrier with the waitress but she was very nice. Place is crazy busy and the food is excellent.

We had five entrees and two appetizers. The service was terrible. Multiple dishes that were excessively greasy. Very dirty bathrooms.

We came here before a concert at the Cary Arts Center nearby. The authenticity of the food is confirmed by the many young Chinese who frequent this restaurant. We had an unusual dish of Chinese greens in a milky sauce with pieces of what seemed to be ancient and black eggs - the latter not exactly to our taste, but... More

When looking for "good Chinese food" looked on yelp for assistance. Upon arrival, when ordered, took time for food to arrive. If food is top shelf, usually likely to overlook that, but food was lacking flavor, vegetables were soggy and ingredient's didn't taste fresh and no ambience for what is advertised as an authentic Chinese food environment

My friend, who knows their Asian cuisine, recommended this place and I’m glad I listened. This restaurant has some of the most authentic Chinese food in the Triangle. Initially I was skeptical of this small, unassuming place but the food was a wonderful surprise very economical too.

This has been our go to place for Chinese since the first time we tried them. Huge portions, great flavor and service. Love their Hot & Sour Soup & Kung Pao Chicken. For those who have a large palate, there are many authentic dishes to be tried. You know it's good because it is always filled with people of the... More

Went here in a group of 6 and one of the group was a native of China. That helped! On a Friday night the place was full and almost everyone was Asian. We ended up ordering several appetizers and an entree each and shared everything. One of the apps was fried "stinky tofu" which is tofu that has fermented. I... More

I stumbled upon Taipei 101 about 2 weeks ago while doing my routine search for good Chinese food in the Cary Area. I have become accustomed to being disappointed whenever I search, but this time to my delight I found my new go to place. Upon entering this restaurant for dinner I was very happy to see that the restaurant... More

we went there for lunch. the outside doesnt do justice to the interiors. Big place, but still almost completely occupied during a saturday lunch. food is nice. we ordered 3-cut chicken, vegetables in garlic sauce and a couple of other dishes. the flavors might not be for everyone though. the "authentic" part of the description of the restaurant might be... The real thing. Wonderful selection of dishes. Dumplings you can't pass up. Specials that you can't get anywhere else
