In this area of North Carolina, our choices are by referral of locals, as is often the case elsewhere. I have anxiously awaited the opportunity to eat at La Farm since hearing of it. It was worth the wait. It started as a bakery in 1999 and received fabulous raves for that alone. The owner-chef is French, classically-trained, and has... More

Baked goods, breakfast meals, atmosphere, service... this cafe/bakery was excellent in all regards. Lionel greets customers with a warm smile and everyone who works there is courteous and speedy. The Croque Madame was amazing, as was the Eggs Benedict! Coffee drinks are crafted with care and complemented every meal I had there. Took home the Asiago Parmesan bread, it was... More

I had some bread from LaFarm at a gathering over the weekend. Was passing by and took advantage of the moment to stop in. First, I had no idea that they also had a restaurant!! I scoped the place out when I walked in the door and identified the line for JUST bread. Chatted with the gent behind the counter.... More

The best family bakery I have ever been to. The apple tart was amazing and the coffee is made fresh there with great ingredients.

La Farm is the best bakery this side of France! In fact, their croissants are more buttery and flakier than most we've had in Paris. It is their rustic farm loaf, however, that has addicted us to this establishment. They have a cafe on the side and also serve Sunday brunch--first come, first served. The espresso/cappucino/latte beverages surpass Starbucks. If... More

Awesome French bakery and cafe. Nice sandwich menu and standard list of very good coffees. Lots of samples artisan breads.

My husband is from France and we like going here for some of the authentic french foods and bakery goods. This is 'the place' for brunch or a casual get together with friends. Problem is the service - 90% of the time I wait on a long line to order my food and then wait for its delivery to my... More

Go to La Farm to get your fix for fresh country breads of France, pastries of Paris, and light meals from breakfast to early supper. They really do know what they're doing.

Love everything I have ever tried at La Farm. Especially love their fresh baked bread! Perfect place to stop in the winter as well for their fresh made soups. They have heaters outside so you can still enjoy it even when the weather turns cold.

I don't eat a lot of bread at the moment, but whenever I splurge, I go to La Farm to get their bread. I highly recommend the sourdough boule. My favorite dish their is the tartine diablo. Absolute heaven.
