The food here--asian fusion--is outstanding. The service is absolutely five-star. I will eat here again any and every chance I get!

We used to come to An every 1-2 months and it was impeccable. The kitchen and chef were very flexible and would accommodate guest needs to ensure that you had a dining experience. Times have changed. As vegetarians, there is very little substitutions allowable by the kitchen, and the selections are horrible for vegetarians. Ramen noodles in a pot of... More

we had lunch here on a Monday with another couple. It was not busy. The room is beautiful, the high ceiling in the central area particularly attractive. Our server Brandon was friendly, amusing, knowledgeable and efficient. We shared a giant shrimp tempura roll which was unusual and excellent. For mains my wife had pad thai and I had a special... This might be the most creative restaurant in the Triangle! If I could give 10 stars for our recent dinner, it would be the easiest review ever. I enjoyed an unbelievable deconstructed Sweet and Sour Prawn dish that was out of this world. My wife loved her An Ramen dish as well. I could go on and on with beautiful... More

I was introduced to An Cuisine by a friend who lives in Cary. I would not have selected a restaurant in a strip mall without such a recommendation. I will rethink my attitude in future! The ambience and interior of An is restive, calm and relaxing. This is a restaurant where you can hav a romantic meal, a business meal,... More

I states with the seaweed salad which was paired with avocado and it was superb. The hummus brought to my table was a pleasant surprise. The bread service was wonderful. Then, I tried one of each of the raw oysters with their homemade sauces. Impeccable. The sushi was by far out of this world. Wonderful service. Very pricey but well... More

We ate there Friday night. Here from out of town with our friends from Cary for Hot Tuna. Tonight we had hot sea bass and scallops. Both entrees were awesome. Tempura asparagus and citrus dessert were awesome too. Service was outstanding! One of the best.

Loved the place, food and service. Reasonably priced for quality served. Great service. The best dish? Hum! It was free. The tiny bread they serve before meal. I think I could have a plateful with my salad.

My husband was on a business trip and went to this restaurant. He and his colleague shared the Foie Gras and the Pork & Buns appetizers and both were violently ill approximately 28 hours later. Apparently they do not practice proper hand washing techniques at this place...!! I would never risk eating at this place...

This is a fabulous restaurant, that scores high marks for both the atmosphere and food. The decore in the dining room is classic and beautiful. There is a quiet elegance about it. Tonight we ate at the bar, which is equally nice. Comfortable seating encourages you to linger over your food. The salads were interesting and delicious. The vegetables were... More
