Such a cool little place! The squigley thing is neat to watch, kind of like an auger (spelling?) you'd see when you're ice fishing, but it's smashing all of the ingredients you choose into a soft-serve consistency! You have to witness it to believe it, but it's a must have when you're there. The ice cream is really good too,... More

Ice cream was extremely limited, perhaps due to end of season. So ordered their specialty ... some soft serve blend. 10+ $ later for two super small cups and cash only. Accept in state checks? Nope. But an ATM is 5 feet to the right of the register. 2.25 fee. Owner recoups half. What a racket. Would have walked out... More

While at Carolina Beach, my Step-Dad read in a visitor's guide about Squigley's. Mid-week while we were out we all decided that would be the place to stop after lunch. Checked on Trip Advisor, showed it was open. But after driving there and not seeing even one car, I got out and checked the front door. They were CLOSED. There... More

Too crowded for soft serve ice cream, also a little pricey. The service seemed rushed and a little snooty.

Each trip I make to Fort Fisher I make sure to drive up to Squigleys to get the best ice cream. I try a different combination of a Squigley each time and have not found a bad one yet.

I had some pretty high expectations after reading all the reviews for Squigley's but was left under-whelmed. The line and wait were very long, the shop was very small, there is definitely not enough seating and the service was so-so. Squigley's is basically soft serve ice cream that they add flavor too. There were a lot of flavor choices but... More

Good ice cream and assorted treats. Home made waffle cones. Nifty little gift store upstairs. Worth the stop.

The lines were long but the service was fast and they deliver it to your table. The toasted coconut ice cream was awesome. My husband had the mint chocolate chip. The fresh made waffle cones were great. We had ice cream there 3 times. Great treats.

My hubby and I were in Carolina Beach and we kept hearing you must get squiggled. I kept thinking what could this mean? Well we went to Squigleys Ice Cream and we found out! Their specialty is homemade waffle cones ( so good!) and making this treat where you pick flavors and candies to make a one of a kind... More
