Great hearty food

Had a kickin shrimp wrap that was the special and it was great. Large fresh shrimp and fresh slaw in the wrap. Milkshakes are thick and rich all very filling. Tater tots were amazing but portion was a bit small. Fries are mediocre at best. Key lime pie was very disappointing Bean burger was... read more

y son could not get enough of the dogs here, service was quick for take out and cheap! All beef dogs had great relish on them, also good sandwiches and fries and if you are looking for dessert, cant beat it! Cute inside and just fun, beach fun!

My son and I had lunch here and the food and service was great! It is much bigger inside then what it looks outside. My son had a desert and loved it. I had a sub and it was Great!

It isn't often you find a diner where everything is homemade. Welcome to Pop's! Our family wandered in late one night, not able to decide just what to eat. The fresh brewed iced tea and homemade strawberry lemonade arrived quickly. What a treat! It has just the right amount of sweetness to quench your thirst. Our son chose his staple... More

The food was cold and stale made me and my friends sick. It was over priced and the cheese sticks cost eight dollars when they weren't even good

The food was great! Nothing fancy but very tasty. My husband and I went there late for supper. They had plenty of seating. The menu isn't huge. If you're wanting a big heavy meal, you should probably go somewhere else. They mostly have hot dogs, burgers, and sandwiches, (plus soups, sides, apps, and quite a few desserts). The waitress was... 4 of us went recently for dinner. Next to nothing on the menu as dinner items. Usually diners have something good to choose from. 3 of us had sandwiches. All 3 were not very good at all. 1 person has chili and said I was ok. There has got to be better places in Carolina Beach to choose from.

This restaurant was better than expected. I had a shrimp PooBoy hoagie with sweet potato fries and was very happy with my choice. Food was delivered fast and hot. Very good value too. I would return. Deep fried Oreo's were interesting!
