We stopped here on New Years Day on our way to the beach. The service was slow but they were one of the only places open and were very crowded. The food was OK. I got pancakes and bacon. The bacon was nice and crispy. My boyfriend got a variety of items. If you are hungry this place will work... More

Small Restaurant (Seats 7 tables + some outside tables weather permitting), with limited parking and great food. Omelettes offered were more than just Meat and Cheese (Choices included Bacon & Pineapple, Greek, Italian, etc.) Good Portions and Friendly Service. Only open for lunch and dinner (at least in the off-season)

It is the place to meet for a down home breakfast. Wonderful local atmosphere and warm wait staff. Home made biscuits and wonderful omelets.

The food was good though they were out of spinach and I had to change my order. The service started out good but we had to remind our server for the toast that was ordered as part of our meal. It is off season so the menu may need to be paired down to have everything on the menu.

Went to Granny's for the scratch made gravy and biscuits. The gravy was tasty but the one biscuit reminded me of a hockey puck....except much smaller and not as tender! Everything else was average. I'ts back to Gulfstream for me!

Get there reasonably early as the place fills up quickly. We didn't have to wait, but I would've because the food was delicious! Very reasonably priced too!

We always stop at Granny's for omlets in the morning while we are on a girls trip weekend. The staff is great and will give you great hints about places to try. Omlets and fried green tomatoes, who knew the 2 would go so well together!

OK so I was told, "you gotta go there",a place across from the beach ( Carolina ), what a breakfast! They were right. The place was small (reminds me of a place in Roanoke, VA that has a sign up saying "seats 1000 people, 10 at a time - Texas Tavern for you late night food aficionados). So, the menu... More

what a disappointment. Don't get their greasy gravy. Also ask for the grits in a bowl instead of running in your food on your plate. Staff was not real friendly. It took a long time to get your food with no more people in there as it only sits maybe eight tables. Can't understand why they advertise as one of... More

Food was very good and staff very friendly. Inexpensive. Took a while to get our orders but they were very busy. Will make this a family beach vacation tradition.
