Big flavors from a very small place.

This place was virtually across the street from the condo we were staying at. It is small enough that you could easily drive past without notice. Stopped for lunch while vacationing here. Funky little place that really is like your Granny's kitchen. Great server who was fun to talk with. Super menu with lots of old favorites. I had shrimp & Grits cake which also came with two eggs and toast. Too much food for me, so I said to hold the eggs and toast. Our... More

This location is about 3 blocks from Atlantic Towers. Breakfast was really good. No complaints. For two people, it cost about 15 bucks. Reasonably prices and nice little quaint spot.

Forget the other breakfast spots at Carolina Beach this is by far the best. I had biscuits and gravy and my husband had the 3 cheese omelet, both were cooked perfectly. Will definitely visit again!

Granny's is a nice little "hole in the wall" diner. The menu has quite a lot of options and the wait staff is accommodating. (My son wanted a grilled cheese sandwich before lunch hours officially began.) The veggies in my Western Omlette were perfectly cooked, making it outstanding! My daughter had a special feature, Prosciutto and Mozzarella Omlette that was... More

If you try their special or just a couple eggs with a side of home fries or cup of fresh fruit and toast. Granny's is a winner. If the tables are full, the friendly staff will get you started with a cup of coffee and weather permitting offer you outside seating. For larger groups tables are quickly pulled together. Enjoyed... Granny's is housed in one fairly small cinder-block room with bright yellow walls. I went there two mornings and both times had an exceptionally good omelet. The vegetables in the omelet were what set it apart. Even though it was very early spring, these tasted like the finest fresh vegetables in a summer garden. The coffee was also first-rate: strong,... Cute little place (five tables that seat four, one table seats six) with simple food and relaxed atmosphere. The one server was excellent (she did a great job) and the food was good (sampled their ham and cheese grilled sandwich served with delicious coleslaw). There're also a couple tables outside, but no shade, and the parking lot only holds three... More

Stopped in here yesterday around 1pm for a late breakfast before I went into town for the BBQ Competition. Service was very friendly and efficient and the food met my expectations. I had a Veggie Omelet which although a bit on the small size, was still more than enough food for me when you include the generous portion of hash... More
