Cafe Pamlico provides a world class casual fine dining experience through exceptional food, outstanding detail oriented service, an inspired wine and cocktail program, and gracious attentive Southern hospitality. Our contemporary coastal cuisine is driven by locally sourced seafood, meats, and produce. Our menu changes frequently in accordance with the fresh ingredients our chefs discover on the island, most notably the fresh local seafood we feature. Awesome All Around,

Before you read this I ask that you read some of my other reviews to see that I am not the type to just complain. I think I have only written one other negative review. First this place is way over priced. I have eaten at many expensive restaurants and enjoy doing so for a quality meal. This was not... More

Very enjoyable. There is outside seating on a quaint patio with a nice breeze from the sound. The service was great and the food was delicious. Always try to order the catch of the day when we eat out on the island, the whaoo did not disappoint. We visited in August 2013, unable to select that from the drop down.

My dinner at The Inn on Pamlico Sound was one of the best dining experiences of my life. I was incredibly impressed with the food, atmosphere, service and view. I truly couldn't think of a single negative point if I tried. When we arrived, we were greeted by a girl named Shelby, who was quite possibly one of the nicest... More

We were extremely pleased with the catering of our son's wedding reception during our vacation and family reunion this summer. Steve and Will were so pleasant to work with and so caring of our needs. The follow-up via phone and email was outstanding. They treated me like we were old friends and we had known them for years. I gave... More

We were celebrating our 41st Wedding Anniversary with my sister and brother-in-law. Two of us had starters and each of us selected a different entree. Food was delicious! Service was excellent! Hostess who seated us was friendly. Our server was quick, fast and very pleasant. Wonderful meal, great experience.

The gardens and courtyard of the Inn on Pamlico Sound are full of fresh herbs and vegetables, providing a beautiful landscape, and fresh fare for the restaurant. Service was excellent and well timed. This was easily one of the best meals I've had on the island with a gorgeous view of the sunset.

Great food and service! The view was great. The breeze outside was fabulous and just perfect or outside dining. I especially liked the Italian Lights.

We go here any chance we can! Great food, views and location. Better for adults and quiet diners. The entire menu is incredible and we try to order lots of things so we can share and try them all.

I have to review this restaurant again to reassure you it only got better. Excellent staff - superior wine by the glass - ambiance inside and out. We tried to mix it up and started with 2 apps. Ceviche and Lentil Beet salad. Both outstanding! Full of flavor. 4 entrees 1 Fillet mignon - 1 duck - 2 Wahoo specials.... More
