This well known chain provides delicious food and especially during breakfast and the service is normally excellent. Their pancakes are spectacular. However, it is difficult to eat a normal breakfast without paying at least ten dollars for this one meal.

We find Cracker Barrel to have excellent quality control on their restaurants and eat with them often while traveling. The food and service are consistently good as evidenced by the often-filled parking lots along the highways. My favorites are the roast beef dinner and the chicken fried steak dinners and my wife often has a vegetable plate since she prefers... More

My wife and I stopped in for dinner. The restaurant was handling the over flow crowd well and the parking lot was almost full. Cracker Barrel in Burlington NC West will please you if you are familar with the Cracker Barrel chain. A very good rating.

I haven't been to a cracker barrel in quite a while but thought we'd take the kids and go while on vacation since you can get breakfast and dinner all at the same time. Food was average, nothing amazing. Didn't taste like homemade or anything like that as they always advertise. Service was good. It was busy, but not horribly... More

I stop a Cracker Barrels for at least one meal while traveling for business or pleasure. I can always count on good quality food, pleasant atmosphere, and good service. These are the reasons that I make Cracker Barrel part of my traveling agenda.

Haven't been in a Cracker Barrel for ten years. I doubt that I'll ever go back again. It just seems no matter what they do, they can't get the tables clean. That makes for very unpleasant dining. The waitress was asking me if "I knew what I wanted to drink yet" before I was even seated - really?! When we... More

We love Cracker Barrel and have only had one other bad experience besides this one. We were seated, waiter took our drink order & food order and then 10 min. later (no exaggeration) we still didn't have our drinks. Restaurant was not overly crowded for Sunday morning breakfast. Had to ask another waitress to remind our waiter. A few minutes... More

We stopped on a Friday at 2:00 PM. After the waiter got the order wrong, we ate whatever he brought to us. Average CB. If you're on I-40 and want inexpensive meal, consider this one. You have other choices nearby.

I enjoyed their yogurt parfait with granola and fresh fruit. The waitress offered to heat up the blueberry muffin and it was really good. Also comes with eggs and bacon. Service was very good.

The food here is good basic Cracker Barrel food. What is exceptional is the way the staff treat customers, especially my 87 year old father. He uses a walker, moves slowly. Every effort is made to seat us as soon as possible; if there is a wait, a chair is found for my father so he doesn't have to stand... More
