Good food restaurant needs to be updated

Went here for the Sunday brunch. The buffet was great but the restaurant is in desperate need of updating. The booth benches are so old and weak you are almost sitting on the floor. The decor is dated and showing its age.

This is one of our favorite places to go for Sunday Brunch. Food is always fresh and excellent, and two different Easter Sundays, I have had the best Chicken Parmesan there. Pizza is exceptional.

We were there well off-peak (lunch buffet was over) and the waitstaff couldn't do enough for us. The booths appear to be undergoing updating, which is nice. They offered a wine special ($14 a bottle) and offered to bag the bottle to go. Three in our party had various configurations of the 1/2 pound burger, and all declared them excellent,... More

It would be easy to drive right by Sal's with its kitschy neon green and red sign but you may want to stop in. It offers a large selection of choices on the menu at reasonable prices. The interior of the restaurant has a bit of a pizza parlor feel to it with vinyl booths and a tile floor. However,... More

You can eat hear for lunch Monday thru Friday for $8.03 (including tax, water to drink) All of the food was excellent, as well as the service. I loved the hambuger and grilled onions pizza that was on the buffet. Will be returning back.

Sal's has been a long standing tradition around Burlington. Good service and great food for our large party on a Friday night was no problem.

terrible food, terrible service, the entire kitchen crew is made up of illegal aliens who know absolutely nothing about real Italian food. I hate Olive Garden so if you want real Italian food go to da Vinci's table, Pregos or Marias Café.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant. The breadsticks are so good and goes well with all the fresh seafood dishes. Delicious and huge portions, there's always plenty of leftovers.

Stopped into Sal's for dinner while in Burlington on business. We were seated after a brief wait. The service was very good. Lots of choices on the menu and the food was quite good - prices are reasonable. Give it a try.

Its insulting to Italian food, the menu says one thing and the dish comes out another! I see that the selection of Italian food is vast in Burlington but none of them are authentic at all! Speaking as a native. I ordered pollo alla cacciatora and it was acidic and not enough tomato sauce it just.. tasted nothing like it... More
