Busy in the mornings, but worth the wait

Friendly fast service and large portions. A good place for breakfast the two mornings we spent in Town.

We stopped in with a group of 20 hungry bikers getting ready to ride the Smoky Mountain Train. The staff was very cordial and handled the influx with ease. The kitchen did likewise and the food was served with only a short wait. Compliments go to the kitchen staff for the quality of food, not to mention the quantity. Each... More

Wonderful down-home place for breakfast. Everything was delicious, fresh and cooked to order. Super friendly and attentive staff, even when they are packed...and the place gets packed quickly! Our pancakes were a tad doughy, but not enough to send back. Homemade biscuits are as big as a fist and melt in your mouth. I never went without a warmup on... More

We stopped in for breakfast. Breakfast burrito and grits were great. Their grits are really creamy. Super nice wait staff as well.

Stopped in at breakfast time and asked for sandwiches from the lunch menu to go for a picnic at Cades Cove. They were happy to accommodate and brought us coffee while we waited as well as one to go. The sandwiches were perfect. So friendly.

We had breakfast here every morning-what a great way to start the day. I am not typically a breakfast eater but I loved theirs. TIP-get there early as it gets crowded.

We stayed at the Historic Calhoun across the street which serves breakfast but we wanted to try another restaurant while in Bryson City. We both had the specials of the day, French Toast with berry medley & country fried steak & eggs. Both meals were wonderful & service was great as well. Lucky that we got there early because soon... We were staying at a local Bed and Breakfast and had vouchers to eat on two of the days. The food was excellent, just old fashioned breakfast. We really liked it. The staff was excellent.

Classic southern breakfast fare with great service. Biscuits and gravy were a treat. Pancakes were big and fluffy. Good coffee.
