This place looks as if you have stepped back in time a few decades. Driving by you are gravitated to it completely expecting old hot rods and muscle cars, milkshakes, and smoky burnouts leaving the parking lot, but alas, this is 2014 and nobody does that stuff anymore, but they do still have a fantastic Drive In with incredible food!... This place will take you back in time. They have great fast food type foods that taste amazing and are very reasonably priced. It's where the locals go, try it! Way better than fast food franchises.

Couldn't believe the prices, we fed a family of 3 for the price of what only one cost would cost at a chain restaurant type. The food was excellent as well. The next time we are in the area this is a MUST visit for sure.

NA-BERS is a unique culinary and historical experience. The drive-inn was really cool! There are not too many around like this anymore. The view over the river was beautiful. Also, Slaw on a burger is different and delicious for a Canadian. Enjoyed it!

I have been going to Na-bers for 48yrs. When I was a kid they had peacocks along the riverbank. I remember begging to stop on the way to grandparents house to watch the peacocks and have a strawberry drink. Introduced my husband to the Na-bers experience 16yrs ago and it is one of our favorite fast food stops! We camp... More

Nabor's on the river in Bryson City serves up an old fashioned hamburger and fries that will have you lickin' your chops. Reminiscent of burgers the way they used to be made and at a price closer to what you used to pay, these are some of the tastiest hamburgers you ever put into your mouth. All the while you... More

As a local I love a Nabor's cheeseburger ordered all the way! I'm told they haven't changed since my parents were in high school over 40 years ago. I know they haven't changed their delicious food as long as I can remember. Nabor's is a car hop. It has indoor dining also but we always order our food and sit... More

Stopped in for lunch on Saturday and left happy, happy happy. Double cheeseburgers with chili cheese fries and washed down witha cherry lemon cold drink. Almost forgot the fried apple pie with ice cream. At a drive in beside a beautiful river, and a great price to boot, are you kidding me? Yeah we'll be back again.

Driving by after morning of fishing, didn't feel dressed for indoor dinning so dropped in for a car hop order of burgers and fries. Great hamburger, fries good but burger was the best! Located on a scenic river, maybe I could fish here and have some really good eats at the same time. Hope they keep this place open, not... More

Great comfort food! Love the hot dogs with slaw. Very friendly staff. The atmosphere will take you back 50 years! Every time we visit Bryson City, we stop in at Nabers!
