My husband and I visited this restaurant when we rented a cabin in the area for 3 days. We decided to get something to eat for lunch real quick prior to riding the Smokey Mountain Train. Getting anything in a hurry in this restaurant was a mistake but we had no choice since it was getting close to time for... More

Went into The Station restaurant with 5 people in our party. As people were coming out they were expressing that the food was not very good but our group never even got that far. After waiting for 2 other groups to be seated (one group of 7 and another group of 5) we should have been next. A group of... More

The service, the hostess, and the overall environment are absolutely terrible. There are no words for the weird conversation, environment, and just complete chaos.

Don't do it again. I hate to leave a poor review but the food was bland and over priced. Not much selection for kids (unless they like microwave pizza). On the plus side, the hostess was very friendly and the location was close to the railroad.

Don't eat here if you're riding The Polar Express unless you have hours to spare. 4 burgers and a kid's pizza took 45+ minutes to hit the table. Credit card machine was broken. Bathroom was out of order. Staff was totally unprepared and unconcerned. Terrible experience, but still had a blast in The Polar Express. (Btw, have never posted an... More

We got to restaurant at 5:45 last night for the high school football game. We ordered sandwiches and burgers we still did not have food at 6:50. We asked several times how much longer the wait would be and always the answer your food is next. Several people got up and left before getting their food. When the food finally... More

We didn't eat there! We tried to, but at 6:45 in the evening on a Saturday, we seated ourselves per the sign in front. We waited 15 minutes, no greeting or acknowledgement from anyone. There appeared to be two servers, empty tables, and at the tables that had guests, none of them were eating either. After our wait, a bearded... More

Really wanted to like this place. Late evening visit on a Friday night in October. Apparantly we begin the closing process about 8:00PM. Maybe two tables occupied in the place. The food was average, the server had no idea what beers were on tap. And bring cash, they cannot take a card. Very dissappointing. There are great places to visit... More

How unfortunate. I hate posting negative reviews. It's not my way. We once had a very nice lunch at this place years ago, and enjoyed the pleasant patio seating and above average food. But something has really changed at this place, and in the worst possible way. Our waiter was not just unfriendly. Our waiter was downright rude and abusive.... More
