Four of us went recently for an early dinner. All of us really enjoyed the service and good. I had the ribs special. Really one of the best I've had, but was very $$$. The other prices were listed so no surprise when the bill arrived. My husband had the eggplant and said very good. We've been for lunch and... More

Square Root is a little pricey, but you get a delicious meal. Great spot for a special occasion, yet dress can be casual, too.

Husband and I enjoyed dinner here. Most likely the youngest couple visiting this town on vacation, but this restaurant suited our tastes well. Excellent burgers and sweet potato chips. Appreciate their gluten-free accommodations. Waitress was energetic, complimentary, and made several recommendations. She also gave us good recommendations for hiking. Go across to the chocolate shop for dessert!

This is a great place to eat. I had the teriyaki chicken tacos, was not disappointed. And, service was quick.

Stopped in Sunday for brunch. It was very good. The atmosphere is interesting, kind of rustic in a good way. Local beer on tap. I definitely recommend.

I love this place . It is my favorite restaurant in town. I am a local. BUT last time I was here I noticed the health dept. gave them a 93.4. since a friend told me years ago,and she taught catering to young people at a community college, to NEVER eat anywhere with a rating below 94, I am reluctant... We've eaten at Square Root twice while visiting in Brevard over the summer. Both times, the food was consistently good. The atmosphere is laid back, with a kind of casual, summertime vibe. It's in an alley, off of the Main Street, so you have know to look for it. Square Root is well worth making an effort to find, though,... More

OK, First of all the place is in an alley so if you are driving around looking for it you probably won't see it. Find a nice free parking spot on Main St. and head for the "Alley". The food is excellent, the staff friendly and well trained and you are almost assured of running into and old friend or... More
