NC Pulled Pork - Yum!

The fig and prosciutto appetizer was outstanding. The pulled pork dinner had the best collards I've ever had. Service was very good. Had to sit at the bar which was more comfortable than most.

We dined here last night and were very disappointed. Upon entering the restuarant, we encountered a foursome with one very load, boisterous, noisy member. When we approached the young lady seating guests, she acknowledged our reservation and I requested that she would NOT seat us near that group. She seated us and in less that five minutes, she seated that... More

We had Sunday Brunch there...food was beyond excellent, portions were very generous, attentive staff; nice eclectic decor (sorta 'Restoration Hardware' style). Can't wait to go back on next trip to have dinner here.

12 people from my neighborhood went here before going to The Beach Boys Concert. I am giving it 4 stars because majority of everyone's food was exceptionally good and innovative. However the restaurant either does not have air conditioning or one that needs upgraded. We sat in the back room with our large group and it was stifling. We were... More

We dined with friends from Boone who hadn't been to the new & expanded restaurant. Our 2 starter courses were amazing: Georgia peanut humus & spicy mussels -- so good I could have had another round, but that would've spoiled the enjoyment of the super NC trout. Fine choice of beers & great service. Can't wait to return.

$30 for NY strip with gristle... Greeter and hostess seemed confused... Typical place spending too much time trying to be trendy instead of providing great food and service.

Vidialia has expanded their restaurant. Twice as big. Lowered prices. Saturday night was humming with people. My fig and prosciutto salad was a meal in itself but with the broccolini soup. creamy and thick it was filling. I hardly had room to share the ice cream cake with my friend who had delicious, big crab cakes. Outstanding food and service... More

Ate here for the first time since they have expanded their space. The restaurant lost a bit of character in the expansion but the food is still excellent. I had the trout and my son had the steak and fries. The cornbread the garnished my fish was excellent. The fries with the steak were so good. They had some pesto... More

We were looking for a date night dinner spot on our recent trip to Boone and after reviewing the menu online we chose Vidalia. We walked in and were not overly impressed with the overall ambiance. I think it would have made a huge difference if they had muted the lighting to create more of a mood. That being said,... More
