I've been to this restaurant twice now and it is my favorite restaurant to visit when I'm in Boone. It's a small restaurant, but the food is really interesting and fresh. My husband had the Caribbean burger and I had a really delicious sweet potato dish. We were both really happy with our meals. The highlight of our meal was... More

The jerk chicken tacos are off the charts good. The service was good too despite other reviews. I will be back again for sure.

After reading several reviews, I wondered if the food would be as good as they said it was. It sure was and the service was impeccable. We sat outside and enjoyed the people coming and going, and our waitress was wonderful and had almost encyclopedic knowledge of the menu and what each dish had to offer. The cranberry-chipotle salsa was... More

After reading the reviews for good places in Boone I decided to try Coyote Kitchen. It's very small but definitely a popular location for locals of all ages. Centered in the heart of Boone and ASU it filled quickly with drive-up and walk-in traffic looking for dinner, drinks or both. The menu selection was pretty good and my blackened chicken... More

A little background: this restaurant is in a strip shopping center and occupies a VERY small space. I think they may be a restaurant that has grown too fast as they have outside tables that line the sidewalk in front of other businesses. There are maybe 11 tables inside? Four down each wall and perhaps 3 in the center. VERY... More

We had the boat dishes of food. Expected it to be steamy hot in the bowl. It was barely warm. Flavor was great but they need to turn up the oven heat

Bowls and boats, wraps and burgers. Coyote Kitchen puts a different slant on some common Mexican cuisine. Whether you are a vegan, vegetarian or carnivore you will find something that fits your palette. The dishes are served a bit more gourmet than you find in many similar restaurants. The restaurant is not fancy and a bit noisy with lots of... More

My tastebuds were dancing with the Spinach Salad. Unique combination of grilled vegs and feta cheese. Highly recommended.

First visit to Coyote with golfing buddy. We both enjoyed our entrees, the Cactus and Phoenix with tasty salsas. The homemade yam soup was outstanding along with the walnut/carrot cake. Great variety on the menu so we'll be back. Our server was friendly and made great recommendations. Reasonably priced.

Great shrimp tacos. Lou took good care of us and was very accommodating. Food ingredients were very fresh and well prepared. Innovative combinations. Will be back.
