The food was amazing and the waitress was so great. I ordered one of the bowls with cranberry salsa. I am from out of town but if I ever come back I will be hitting this place for sure.

Checking out Boone, NC area - we found this restaurant. Very nice. We had two "boats" - a salmon boat with black beans, rice, and other items, and a rosemary chicken boat with similar items, but also plantains. Local ingredients, really felt "fresh". Good beer (and lots of local NC beers), good food - very nice showing, Boone, NC!

Coyote Kitchen has a new restaurant in Jefferson. The food is fabulous with generous portions, all freshly prepared. The fresh salsa are great! It is possible to share the larger dishes especially if you have a smaller appetizer or watching your intake I would highly recommend this restaurant. The staff I are so friendly and helpful.

A very small restaurant tucked away in a plaza behind a Walmart. The food was very good but is spicy hot! They have a great beer selection to tame it down, though. I would go there again.

It was really good a little spicy but the shrimp tacos were really good. I don't remember what everyone else got , but I know they all liked their food to.

Coyote Kitchen is one of our favorite go-to restaurants in Boone. The food is exceptional - nutritious, tasty and always accompanied by great spices. Many of the dishes are vegetarian, which adds to the appeal. The place is small and popular, so be prepared for long lines if you come during or after the normal dinner hour. But the wait... More

We saw good reviews on this site, and we were very pleased. The food was excellent, the staff notified us that they serve only hormone-free and free range chicken and beef. The menu has a nicd selection of Carribean and southwestern dishes. The food came quickly and the staff was very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a really different place..small, unassuming, it's all about the food here. Loosely Mexican based but so much more. All healthy choices, many vegan and gluten free options, and lots of different home made salsas and sauces. The vegan red mayo is awesome, and I'm not vegan. I had a boat with Kobe beef, corn and bean salsa, cornbread,... More

And I find the service ever so efficient. The beer selection is very good despite their lack of draft. And sometimes I pick a sandwich or wrap that I really enjoy and sometimes I don't ruin it with a hot sauce too fiery for my system. (I really hate the after effects of overly spicey foods). Then again, some of... More
