Bowls and boats, wraps and burgers. Coyote Kitchen puts a different slant on some common Mexican cuisine. Whether you are a vegan, vegetarian or carnivore you will find something that fits your palette. The dishes are served a bit more gourmet than you find in many similar restaurants. The restaurant is not fancy and a bit noisy with lots of... More

My tastebuds were dancing with the Spinach Salad. Unique combination of grilled vegs and feta cheese. Highly recommended.

First visit to Coyote with golfing buddy. We both enjoyed our entrees, the Cactus and Phoenix with tasty salsas. The homemade yam soup was outstanding along with the walnut/carrot cake. Great variety on the menu so we'll be back. Our server was friendly and made great recommendations. Reasonably priced.

Great shrimp tacos. Lou took good care of us and was very accommodating. Food ingredients were very fresh and well prepared. Innovative combinations. Will be back.

This restaurant has a very interesting and varied menu. The flavor combinations are delicious and well presented. Not fancy, but you'll get a great meal at reasonable prices.

I went with a friend last time I dined at The Coyote Kitchen. Even thou, I've been many times; I always seem to taste something for the first time there. Although chips and sauce are not complimentary; the selection of different unique sauces are offered' for a reasonable cost. Coyote Kitchen has a amazing menu; for even the pickiest of... More

We always enjoy taking family and friends to Coyote Kitchen - especially in West Jefferson where there are no other good casual dining restaurants. The food is superb southwestern fayre and the staff are always super friends. The food is fresh, caters to vegetarians and delightfully different with their unique blend of flavours.

Always a great choice for a person on a Gluten Free diet or otherwise. Most meals are prepared either way, and always a delicious choice. A different type of restaurant where meals are actually good for you, not just some franchise meal that cannot be changed. Homemade salsa's are terrific.

I had a slightly hard time finding this restaurant as it was tucked away in a strip mall. Once there, the menu had a wide variety of foods and everything that was ordered was very good. I got a salad with curry vinaigrette dressing which was unusual but excellent. Last but not least, the beer selection was extensive as well!

This is our favorite regular place to go. The food is fresh and delicious and different from anything you can get anywhere else. Good service and you can sit on the patio in good weather.
