Eclectic food but oh so good!

What I love about this restaurant is they try to keep it local! It's more eclectic food I call it carribean tex mex. but the flavor and spices go so well together. There are so great vegan options here too!!

Eclectic food options with a strong lean towards organics and locally sourced. Took a party of 10 for lunch and everyone loved what they ate. Not a fancy spot...but if you like flavor, terrific service, and value, then you should check it out.

I got the Barbados bowl with the pineapple habanero salsa and wow, it is bursting with delicious flavors. Coconut rice, black beans, jerk chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, grilled pineapple, roasted red peppers, button mushrooms, and broiled jack cheese topped with sour cream and scallions. What a nice surprise we had stumbling on this little gem. Yes, it's quite small and... More

I tried the Yucatan boat which was very good. The cranberry salsa was delicious. Service was great and very helpful with beer selection. Would definitely go again.

Southwest at its best! Great food and service, not cheap and no free chips but still flavor is the name of this game!

This place had some very friendly service, great staff of young ladies working that night. The food was ok. We had some burgers that were American Kobe beef that were overdone and dry. It was like it was reheated. The fries were very good. We had Kobe beef tacos where the beef was the same but the rest was good.... More

Coyote Kitchen is one of my go to local favorites. Service can be a little slow, but that is only because they are constantly busy! But let me say the food is ALWAYS worth the wait. Another great thing about Coyote Kitchen is their support for locally sourced products! All around Coyote Kitchen is a great option for every occasion.

We were in town visiting our son and a friend highly recommended that we have dinner at Coyote kitchen. It was an interesting take on the food because of the Jamaican twist but it was very good. Service was a bit slow but everything worked out.

I ate here with a group of people over 3 years ago and always remembered it. While here this visit I made sure to schedule a meal there. We had lunch and wow, better than the first time. Small place, a little loud but very attentive service. I was thrilled when I asked if they sold their cranberry jalapeno salsa... More

Coyote Kitchen is located in a strip mall just a little off the beaten path along Hwy. 321. Entrees consist of various combos, which can be ordered in sizes called boats or bowls. Wraps and salads are also featured. There is nothing on the relatively inexpensive menu which is not fresh and excellent. Several flavors of iced tea are available,... More
