We walked in Kojay's seeking refuge from the VERY COLD wind blowing in. We didn't really know what to expect but thought we would grab a coffee. As soon as we entered we smelled delicious scents coming from the kitchen and amazing pastries were in the cabinet. We were not disappointed!! I had the most amazing black bean soup I've... More

We visited kojay's this afternoon while spending time in the park and shopping Main Street Blowing Rock. We stopped in for coffee and hot chocolate and I was absolutely amazed how rude the staff was. The coffee was great, however we will not be back because of the staff. Being a local it was very disappointing to see how the... More

I visited Kojay's over the Thanksgiving holiday 2013. I like the décor of restaurant and the food was good; however I was not impressed with the staff. I was a waitress for 5 years and feel the staff was mediocre. At a minimum, they need to greet customers with a nice smile and friendly hello. The staff seemed like they... More

We ate here as a group of six on holiday. When we asked if they could put the soup in 2 cups, the staff said "no, but you can" and handed us an extra cup. Likewise we paid for iced tea and the staff said "we are out" but never offered to make more, refund our money, or provide another... More

Have enjoyed soups and sandwiches here many times for lunch! Soups vary with the seasons; have visited in summer and fall and will visit again!

Stopped in on a whim. Prices were pretty good, especially for the portion size and quality. Service was a bit on the slow side, but very friendly. Will definitely be returning.

As a local, I have visited Kojay's every now and then and each time the service has been horrendous. The employees are insincere and rude to an excessive degree -including thoes seemingly in managerial positions. On a few occasions I have been ignored when trying to purchase a beverage. Most recently, an employee helpd everyone in line except me, including... More

Very busy establishmant in a trendy cute town . We did not have lunch but there was a cute sitting area for a bite. The best Chai tea I've ever had.

Nice place convenient to Hemlock Inn on Main Street. If you go when they open the muffins are still warm. Plenty of seating and various choices for breakfast.
