Great lunch

My husband and I ate at Bistro Roco Sunday for lunch. We both ordered the trout with eggs and grits. The meal was excellent. We also ordered a biscuit. I think that was the lightest most delicious biscuit I have eaten. The meal was not a meal that you would find in most restaurants. If you... read more

Had reservations at 6PM; arrived early and they sat us at 5:30. Service (Nikki) was wonderful. Had the delicious crab cakes and the black and blue ribeye. Everything was prepared to our liking including a salad included with dinner. $6 for a glass of wine, nice beer list. Entrees $25-30 but well worth it.

Great atmosphere! The patio was wonderful. The wood fired flat breads are delicious, and very unique to the area restaurants. Great staff. Very friendly and attentive. We had Steve for our server, he was excellent! We will be returning!

We dined here last night and were thoroughly pleased. Bistro Roca is our favorite Blowing Rock restuarant that we look forward to dining in during our annual visit to the lovely town. The food choices, preparation and presentation never disappoint. There is a nice wine list that is arranged by price. This particular visit was especially pleasing given the way... More

We met friends for dinner at Bistro Roca; it was our first time there. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the ambiance is charming. The resturant has a rustic, lodge-like feel. We were there in the winter; it is perfectly fine to wear snow boots to the restaurant. Most people were dressed in nice jeans/sweaters or khakis/sweaters.... More

The Locals' favorite when tourist crowds take over the BR Village. Interesting 'shabby chic' mountain rustic decor; good food, service etc.

Neat restaurant tucked behind the park on Wonderland Trail in Blowing Rock. Great service and atmosphere. I had a delicious grilled chicken sandwich with yummy fries (I'm not a fan of fried food, but I saw them on someone's plate). My friend had a crab cake sandwich which I tried and found very tasty. We had reservations and people in... More

I've eaten there at least 8 times and it's by far my favorite. Great bar, creative menu and the interior is comfortable and cozy.
