Love this place!

We go here to eat every time we are in the area! Great food and great service every time. Always crowed but we always get seated very quickly. Will be going back for sure when in the area again!

We stopped here after a day of skiing at a local resort. Arriving right at sunset, the view was spectacular. Once inside, we were seated promptly enough, but the service was a bit slow for my liking. When the food arrived, it was average at best. My son's burger was so burnt on one side that it was inedible. For... More

I've been going to canyons for a long time. If nothing else come for the sunsets. either inside or on the deck they're awesome. enjoy a great drink and some really good food. They have great fries and the best veggie burger around. Finish it off with the darby pie or the chocolate enchilada.

You can't beat the view here. We stopped to take a sunset picture and decided to go back the next day for lunch. The staff was helpful and our food was good. The "Fish and Chips" that my son ordered was especially delicious. The plate had two huge, fresh pieces of flounder and crispy fries. There were people being seated... More

Everytime we visit Blowing Rock, we have to go to Canyons for their Sunday brunch. They have a two or three piece jazz band that plays, and the brunch food is very good. Other menu items I have tried are ok, so I stick to the biscuits and gravy, which are great. The view is really incredible. Great place to... More

Canyons has one of the most breathtaking views in the area. I went for their Sunday Brunch which included some jazz music in the background which was most pleasant. The staff was courteous, prompt and overall did a great job. Unfortunately the kitchen is holding this friendly local restaurant back. The food is mediocre at best. There are so many... More

We have visited a couple times when the weather is nice so you can siton the deck and enjoy the incredible view, but after having to eat inside I will never return. Everything from the menu to the decor is outdated and I have seen better restrooms at gas stations. Service has never been great on any of our visits.... More

Canyons has a "killer" view and extremely friendly staff...the food is lacking. It appears to be a restaurant that can't decide what they want to be..bar food, Mexican, Spanish, or Southern. Fried food or calorie laden food fill the menu. We tried it several years ago and thought perhaps they had improved their menu...not so, even the salad and soups... More

Food was just OK, but go for the view, especially at sunset. Staff was great, but my chicken sandwich was a little skimpy. Great drinks, reasonably priced.
