We went to coffee shop based on trip advisor reviews. Atmosphere nice . One of us had a specialty tea which was good. 3 of us had frappuccinos which were very weak. Tasted more like watered down coffee then expresso. Very disappointed in them---very expensive for what you got.

hot and crowded, fair coffee, we were not impressed. it was dusty and in need of a good cleaning. blowing rock needs a good euro-style café...or a starbucks would be an improvement.

Best coffee in town with superb service. Bought a pound of beans to take home. Great ambiance. Only downside, no iced tea.

Neat place, and perfect for the location. "Friends don't let friends drink corporate coffee" atmosphere. Great coffee, and not much pretense. Nice staff and the decor and swag are half the fun.

After a night of camping in a tent we set off in search of good coffee. Bald Guy roasts his own, and it really hit the spot. The baked goods were fresh, too. Bought a pound of beans to bring home with me.

Cute place to sit and relax with a great cupo joe in an interesting location. Loved the cappuccino and sitting in the retro lounge area.

Wow wow wow! This is the place if you want excellent coffee. First off, what a cozy and quaint place it is to be in an attic with an awesome coffee shop. You do have to go through the front door of an outfitters store. There is signage out front so it's easily spotted. The coffees they serve come from... More

About a month ago, on a Sunday, I had gone for a hike at Moses Cone. It was about 4:45 and I was almost done. The thought of an Americano w/ a lot of cream sounded so good, but I was pretty sure that Bald Guy Brew closed at 5. I called and Allen answered the phone, informing me that... More
