It has been over a year since we had gotten back to Blowing Rock. We brought a friend with us and it was his first trip to Foggy Rock and it won't be his last. He got the Thanksgiving Sandwich with Turkey, Dressing, Gravy, I got the Fried Green Tomato & Pimento Cheese Sliders and hubby got the Chicken Philly... More

I loved, loved their "big salad" - my favorite thing I ate all week. My husband liked the buttermilk chicken that he ate too. Definitely a popular place to eat but their wait staff was like a well oiled machine - great service!

We stopped in for lunch. It was crowded with a 25 minute wait, so we sat at the bar. We ordered one of their features for the day which was a "pot roast philly " sandwich. It had roast beef, onions, provolone cheese and a molasses sauce. It was wonderful!!!! Service was great also.

We went on the recommendations here on TripAdvisor and had a good meal. I wouldn't go as far as some people in their enthusiasm but it is definitely worth a try.

Atmosphere was nice, food was just ok. Best part of the experience was enjoying the Avocado egg rolls, they were delicious. Good beer selection. I would try another stop in Blowing Rock before returning.

We enjoyed Foggy Rock restaurant while staying in Blowing Rock. It is family owned and they serve good comfort food with a fun twist. The service was excellent and the owners very personable. There is something for everyone on the menu and enjoyable place.

This is a small restaurant that is easily accessible on Hwy 321 just after you enter Blowing Rock. Don't let the road construction deter you from going here. They still have plenty of places to park. We were seated immediately and our server was wonderful. For a small restaurant they have lots of choices. There are so many things to... More

I have lived in Blowing Rock for almost 5 years and Foggy Rock never fails to please my palate! I placed an order "to go" last night as I was craving one of their delicious Philly cheesesteaks (I order mine with extra jalapenos and mushrooms). I have had Philly cheesesteaks at Pat's AND Geno's in South Philadelphia and I have... More
