Great variety on menu

We had reservations for a party of 14, and arrived to find out places set and all ready for us. A bonus right there! Drink orders or a problem for two of our party. Most enjoyed their meals. I had the crabcake sandwich, and found the cake to be heavily Overspiced. But the rest in our party loved... read more

Waitress had no idea what she was doing. My friend sent her steak back because it was under cooked. She brought the steak back about ten minutes later and it was darker on the outside but looked the same on the inside. The same baked potato was on the plate and by this time it was dry and cold. The... More

Wine selection was limited, lower quality, and pricey. Entrees were unimpressive - the house special mahi mahi was poorly prepared and tasted awful. Children's Mac and cheese noodles were not cooked throughly enough for a young infant / toddler. They needed to be softer.

Traveling across the country opens up many opportunities to try new restaurants and support the local economies. Ordered the meatloaf and it was very good. My traveling buddy ordered a fried green tomato BLT along with a side of macaroni and cheese. Everything was well prepared. Would come back if we lived here!

This is a place with a very nice atmosphere and a gorgeous view if you sit outside like we did. The food was okay, but very pricey. I've found much better food in the area for a lot less money.

We had wonderful lunch and drinks at the Black Mountain Bistro recently at a table on their outdoor front porch. The food was unique and delectable, and the service was prompt and friendly. They accommodated our four-legged friend, who enjoyed the mountain air as much as we did. We'll be back for certain.

4 of us are here for lunch and all four had an excellent great tasting meal at reasonable prices. I had the grouper rubin sandwich and it was tasty. Two had salads which were very large. The only drawback was slow service on patio deck.

1st night - Me my son and his fiance went there for dinner. Don't remember what they had but I had the trout. We all agreed the trout was definitely the winner. Lightly breaded, with a lemon sauce. So nice to sit outside and enjoy dinner. 2nd night - We really didn't want to go to the same place twice... More

Everything was very good, but nothing was what I could call exceptional. I had the turkey dinner, which was huge. It was very thick--I tend to prefer thin sliced turkey-- this was a thick slab, but it was good. My wife had a wrap. The place had some interesting choices and the prices were reasonable. We had a large group... More

This restaurant was so good, we began and ended our vacation meals here! The staff was very accommodating for our large group of 15 and made us feel very welcome. AND the food is absolutely delicious with a nice variety to please all. I would definitely recommend that you don't miss this one!
