Nice selection of really great baked goods / treats for a late morning snack, and super nice staff that helped us pick what was perfect for each of us, and the prices are good too! Plus you can park in the church lot across the street, so that was easy too.

This is located off the main street and we just happened to walk by. Glad we did. We had some wonderful pastries and friendly service.

Sandwiches and dessert. A sweet little bakery in downtown Black Mountain. Low key and unpretentious this little bakery offers up some wonderful items. Get there early to try some of their baked goods.

Nice place, stopped in at around 10:45 AM, limited selection in the display case so we chose a cheese danish and an almond type pastry, both were dry and clearly at least a day old. We were not told or otherwise informed that they were day old. I should have asked if they were freshly baked but I do get... More

we rented a cabin for the month through Greybeard Rentals and as welcome gift we received a loaf of Pumpkin Bread from Black Mountain Bakery. It was delicious. Having friends coming for a visit, we stopped by the Bakery to get another loaf of this luscious Pumpkin Bread. We located the Black Mountain Bakery on a side street off the... More

We got there about 10:00, which is late for a bakery, but it seemed they didn't have much selection. When we went to get our coffee, the pot was empty, and we needed to wait for it to brew. The coffee was very good though. We would probably try somewhere else the next time.

We have been trying to find cinnamon rolls that matched Black Mountain Bakery's and there just is not any, anywhere. We were without their cinnamon rolls for two years before we finally arrived back to satisfy our cinnamon roll 'fix' over the July 4 weekend. Well worth the wait! A visit there is always one of the highlights of our... More

Excellent coffee choices and constantly changing them up. Perfect pastries and decadent cakes. You like that word? Decadent? .... Decadent. They also serve lunch. The pimento cheese, chicken salad, and their ham sandwich are so good that space-time will warp and allow you to watch yourself order them again while getting a back massage from a Thai masseuse with bodybuilder...
