Our new neighbors took us here for supper when we moved in. We all had an excellent meal. They have bread, to purchase, before the meal that is awesome. It had a nice light char on it and came with olive oil for dipping. I had chicken parm that was among the best I have ever eaten. The portion was... More

I am a well traveled pizza snob, so this gets 4 out of 5 stars only because the pizza is decent, but not first-rate. That said, it is easily the best pizza in Black Mountain. It delivers on the promise of delicious, fresh ingredients. It has a pleasant atmosphere, the staff is friendly and very attentive, and I had one... More

Let me start by saying that my wife and kids are not gluten free and they absolutely love Fresh Pizza. If they were writing this review, it would probably be 4.5 stars. With that said, I am a gluten free diner. Fresh has many menu options that cater to this way of life. They have gluten free pasta dishes, gluten... More

This place seems just run of the mill from outside, inside is very casual/comfortable. I had the Alaskan Pizza, with smoked salmon, onions, caper cream sauce. Wow the best darn pizza I have ever had. my wife loved her's too. I wish there was a Fresh Pizza in Md,I would be there all the time. I want another Alaskan pizza right now and it... More

After two lunchtime visits, our group is confident that their Veggie Pizza is among the best we've had anywhere. We also tried the Alaska (a white pizza with smoked salmon) which was OK. The salads are average, but fresh and balance our the meal. A wide range of beverages are available here, too. Everyone liked the informality of the place,... More

Everybody has a different idea of good pizza. Ours is fresh ingredients, crust that is crusty on the outside and chewy inside, not so thin the juices bleed through and toppings that don't overwhelm the cheese and sauce. This meets the criteria. We are locals and consider this the best pizza place we have tried in Western NC.

I ordered Rose's pizza previously. Soggy and too salty. Tonight I ordered the Bayou pizza. Some of the slices didn't even have one puny shrimp on them. The center was soggy and it was too salty again. I'm through trying. I just moved to this town and had high hopes for them. Too bad they don't live up to their... More

Our families wanted some Italian food, so we read the reviews and decided to stop. Its a quaint little restaurant with wonderful food. We ordered the Bruschetta and wow! It was good. The garlic bread was shaped like a pizza and the boys devoured it. We ordered some pizza and lasagna and it was all good. It may be a... More
