After two lunchtime visits, our group is confident that their Veggie Pizza is among the best we've had anywhere. We also tried the Alaska (a white pizza with smoked salmon) which was OK. The salads are average, but fresh and balance our the meal. A wide range of beverages are available here, too. Everyone liked the informality of the place,... More

Everybody has a different idea of good pizza. Ours is fresh ingredients, crust that is crusty on the outside and chewy inside, not so thin the juices bleed through and toppings that don't overwhelm the cheese and sauce. This meets the criteria. We are locals and consider this the best pizza place we have tried in Western NC.

I ordered Rose's pizza previously. Soggy and too salty. Tonight I ordered the Bayou pizza. Some of the slices didn't even have one puny shrimp on them. The center was soggy and it was too salty again. I'm through trying. I just moved to this town and had high hopes for them. Too bad they don't live up to their... More

Our families wanted some Italian food, so we read the reviews and decided to stop. Its a quaint little restaurant with wonderful food. We ordered the Bruschetta and wow! It was good. The garlic bread was shaped like a pizza and the boys devoured it. We ordered some pizza and lasagna and it was all good. It may be a... More

Enjoyed it very much-wood fired makes a difference in how the crust tastes. Had the Veggie and the Napoli and our small group ate every bit of it. Would go back and sit outside again (pretty crowded inside).

On Cinco de Mayo they had this killer Mexican pizza with refried beans as the sauce, and that's a great example of the different types of pies they'll often have on special. Decent outdoor seating and the big tables inside are a great place for larger families to get together, though they're usually really, really busy. More expensive than the... More

We went as a family for an evening away from the campsite. Our daughter is gluten intolerant, so we were drawn to Fresh by their GF offerings. We don't often get to enjoy pizza out as a family. Our service was good and our waiter was very friendly. The pizza did not disappoint. My husband and I had the Alaskan,... More

In our family we have a Vegan, Wheat and many-other-food sensitivities person, and a normal eater. We all happen to love pizza and can never agree on a place to eat. "Fresh", however, made us all happy! Three separate pizzas for the three of us was not inexpensive but we all had EXACTLY what we craved and better than that,... More
