Ole's has lost it's touch as a favorite of ours. The service used to be one of the best parts. The food is still pretty good we like the shrimp tacos and the salsa bar is nice.

Ole's used to be our go to for great Mexican food. The last few times it's not been as tasty. The restaurant seems a little dirty and the health score has decreased a bit also. Hopefully they get back to their old ways which is what has made them successful for several years.

Hubby and I went for dinner on a Saturday night and got there right before the wait started. This was during one of the LEAF events (Lake Eden Arts Festival) when it can be hard to get a table at any restaurant, They have excellent food, fairly authentic with options for those crazy people who don't like Mexican cuisine. Great, authentic, friendly staff! Food was fantastic! Had a nice fire on the back porch. Ate there twice during our stay.

Went there for dinner and had quesadillas. The food here is real fresh and authentic Mexican. The sides are very flavorful and the portions are large. Great value for the price. We sat out back by the small creek and the service was fast and friendly. This is a great find and we will definitely be back for more.

Ate at Ole's on September 19th with 13 others. We had a group of 7 Dads and 7 nine year-old girls. We were seated quickly and the waiter was great. He was quick with beers and drink refills for the kids. The menu is large and provides some authentic items along with your typical Tex-Mex fare. I had the Carne... More

The staff was very pleasant and fast service but I felt the food was pretty average. If you are someone who has not been spoiled by Mexican food made at home or in south west TX, you will probably enjoy this location.
