My wife and I ate here on a Thursday night. Picture eating in a church basement with great service. This place is really no frills but makes up for it with fish. Piles of fish. My wife had a combination platter and it was great. We ended up taking half of it home to boot. I also had a combination... More

Wow do the guys in the back know how to cook. This place has everything a fish camp should and then some. All of the food is so good I dont know where to start. so I'll start with mine Perch ,Fantail Shrimp, Chicken Tenders, Fries and REAL Hushpuppies, Slaw, Sweet Tea, Onion Rings and a very good Cocktail Sauce... There is always a crowd at Sunday lunch and the place was recommended to us, so we gave it a try. We were not impressed at all. I found two items that I really liked, the pickled watermelon rind and the sweet potato casserole. I would rate those an excellent. The other items, I would just rate between poor and... More

This review only applies to the Sunday Buffet. The price is low. The food is plentiful, but we did not like it. Poor seasoning, over cooking, and high fat are just some of the problems. I know others like it but we don't. If you are looking for a cheap and filling meal, then this may be your ticket. If... More

Sunday's Homestyle Buffet is Country Cooking is the best! Every other day is regular menu, with delicious options as well! But definitely try Sundays!

The seafood is VERY good and the Sunday buffet is out of this world...tasts like going home to Mom's.... LOVE it! Only wish they took debit cards. We've gotten there, remembered they didn't take debit cards and had to leave so many times! We've even gone for cash and returned because we just wanted to have some really good food!

Don't care what the one reviewer said...the food is great. Even the Sunday Buffet is great! But seafood is the big ticket item here!

First of all, I have to disagree with the other reviews. I went there based on those reviews expecting to try good seafood. Guess what? they do not serve seafood on Sundays. The "All you can eat" buffet should be described as the "All you can eat greasy, fried, salty, mush, unhealthy, food". If you did not get enough unheatlhy... More

Sunday Brunch here is hard to beat around here when it comes to homecooking. don't know many homecooking restaurants anyway let alone open on Sundays. Reasonably priced, nice variety.

Nice down home style family eatery. No frills just pretty darn good southern food. The fried chicken and fried squash was perfect. Pecan pie could have been better though. Good value for the quality and amount of food you get. Don't forget your check book or cold hard cash either, they don't take credit or debit cards.
