A Tapas place in Ski Country...

It is certainly an enjoyable experience to dine here as a fine break from the normal ski area places. The menu selection of tapas plates is wide and inviting. We tried a range of items and all were excellent. Save room for dessert! Service was excellent despite the packed restaurant. It is a... read more

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner. The Portabello mushroom stuffed with sauteed spinach and provolone cheese was terrific. My husband, a connoisseur of filet mignon, said it was the best he'd ever had. The creme brule was perfect. Even the kale used for decoration on some dishes was particularly delicious. The decor of the restaurant isn't anything special... More

My family had never been to a Tapas restaurant before, but I they had a great experience. We tried 9 different items and they were all delicious. The chili is phenomenal, the grilled vegetable salad with balsamic vinegar was fantastic and the desserts were delicious. Try the Pineapple Tempura for something light with just enough sweetness to top of a... More

Every time we come to this area we make sure to go to Zuzda's & it never disappoints. I think the only reason it's not #1 on Trip Advisor is because the food & the menu are very creative or people may not appreciate tapas-style dining. We love ordering 2-3 dishes each so we get lots of variety. They've added... More

This is a staple for us on any trip to Ski Country, NC. The selection is fantastic, service always rocks and the food is delicious. The prices are high, but we keep coming back so they must be worth it. The French Onion Soup is a favorite, as is the Zucchini Fritti (PLENTY to share w/ 3-4) & the Filet... More

My husband and I missed this place after selling our cabin that was nearby so much that we went and stayed at a local inn so that we could return there. The food was delicious as usual. I always order the steak au poivre. The grilled vegetable kabob and warm brownie a la mode was also excellent. It seems that... More

Our friends took us here to celebrate a special birthday and it was special indeed! We tried a dozen small plates which were ample enough to share! We enjoyed each Nd every one. Never felt rushed and each plate was SPECIAL! Service-Awesome!

The owner, Doug is an excellent chef and manager. The place is well run, and the servers are always friendly. Did I say delicious? Yup. This guy has perfected the huge menu - Tapas makes you think Spanish, but it sure seems French to me. Yummy.
