The cornbread they bring to the table first was good and probably the best thing I ate. I had the beef brisket po boy. The meet was dry, hardly any sauce. I had zucchini fries with it. They were okay, but could have been cut smaller with more seasoning. The wait staff were not very attentive. Overall poor experience.

Been to this restaurant a few times now over a couple of years. Always got consistent service. Indoor and outdoor seating with a large bar area and room for games outside as well. This time we went to this restaurant for dinner and later stayed for a few drinks at the bar. We had great food-I had a BBQ chicken... More

Great restaurant with bar and outdoor seating. Fried pickle appetizer was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Best wings in Banner Elk. Jambalaya was spicy just the way I like it. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere with New Orleans and Texas menu.

My wife and I have been here twice. The first time we sat at the bar and ordered take out to go to the outdoor concert. While at the bar, I ordered a cup of gumbo. The gumbo was one of the best I have ever had, just spicy enough for you to know your eating Cajun. The bar is... More

This was the meal that started our vacation, and it set the bar really high!! I had a great blackened trout meal and my husband had a sampler platter that he loved!! Combined with great service, it was a wonderful dining experience!! We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant!

We visited the Bayou over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Wonderful food and service. The fried green BLT sandwich was great and the best fried okra I've had in quite a while. The have a great outdoor eating area with games for the kids and I saw some families had their dogs there as well. We will definitely be... More
