I've been coming to Bread Alone for over 15 years, and it is very dependable. It has become progressively fancier in those years, and some items are now a bit overpriced (cappuccino, I'm looking at you), but it is a great place to hang out, and the food is pretty good across the board. Last weekend I tried the new... More

When visiting friends who live about a mile out of town, we always make a point of coming here to buy some of their delicious breads to take back home before we leave. There is always a big variety of freshly baked breads, bagels and pastries. While visiting, one of our hosts recommended walking into town on Sunday for breakfast,... More

They're very nice people and their breads, pastries & desserts are delicious. I had an excellent reuben which was filling but not greasy. This was the one place in Woodstock that seemed to know why they were in business.

Always crowded and daily breads sell out quickly. Wholesome artisan breads . Can also purchase breakfast items and coffee .

Love this place. The coffee was top notch. My breakfast burrito made me want to come back the next day. Others in my group who ate breakfast thoroughly enjoyed theirs also.

We stopped off for a coffee and a snack and this place fitted the bill perfectly. As you might expect, a great choice of 'bread' products and good coffee to go with them. We would certainly return.

great place to stop for breakfast or afternoon coffee/tea with a home made treat. Was spending a long weekend and had the opportunity to stop in several time for various meals and snacks, everything was wonderful and very quick service.

I love their baked goods, cakes and coffee. It's always crowded throughout the day. I believe they only open on weekends but be sure to check it before you head down there. The parking situation could be tricky around there. I normally park at the back side of the street (after the Tea Shop). They close at 5 pm, so... More

Bread Alone by far has the best iced coffee in Woodstock, but it is also a very popular and often crowded spot, and the service is incredibly slow.
