Food was good, but pricey not good enough for prices

We had a lot of food, a plus, and it was good... especially the salad, which was fantastic, full of fresh summer greens. I had a pizza which was fine, not amazing, but a thin crust and high quality cheese. I also had a nice (overpriced but good) wine from Sonoma and my husband loved his cocktails... read more

Came for a special birthday dinner. I had requested by phone a quiet spot but the host directed us to be seated at a very long communal table in the main dining room. The host quickly accommodated my request for a quiet location, which ended up being in a cozy alcove in a separate room, unoccupied by other guests. For... More

Not worth the trip. Food was good enough but not great and not worth the prices. Wait staff was friendly and ambience was very nice, guess that is where the money goes.

Welcomed from the beginning and a great seat for five in the window alcove. The menu was very different and we wanted to try everything. The drink specials all sounded great. We have Caesar salad, pizza and Krispy squid split for appetizers. Everyone's dish looked wonderful. I had the puttanesca. Excellent but I would order it next time with a... More

The food is good. The staff is welcome and attentive to the customer. The old house is well manage and provide a nice ambience. The room has a long table in the middle accommodating groups. The outside deck provide a nice getaway from the noise. I would recommend outside seating. Overall prices are little expensive and especially exaggerated for the... More

We had dinner, four of us, each of us had different entire, tuna, salmon, lamb and pork, each served hot and garnished in a way that enhanced the dish in a subtle, appetizing manner. We shared and the sharing was of four, unique flavors that worked specifically for the individual dish. Delicious all around, portions just right. Service was another... More

Stop there for a quick lunch. Got some fried calamari, omelette, and a burger. Service was good, price is average, location is great. The best was the french fries, crisp and delicious. Nice place to have lunch. $50 for 2. No alcohol. Recommended for lunch. Next time for dinner!

We've been a few times in summer months and always book ahead and request the outside seating . We always enjoy the ambience of sitting on the pretty front porch . Wait staff attentive and food all very good . Prices are on the high side on par with NYC prices but worth the splurge

This place is generally too expensive for me but I have been here on several occasions. I did enjoy the food and ambience. This is probably Woodstock's most expensive restaurant and they are regularly busy as I can see from their parking lot at an intersection I often use. The portions, to me, are somewhat skimpy for the price. The... More

I went as a solo diner, without a reservations (not standardly required) and although there were quite a few empty small tables, I was directed to dine at the bar. I don't mind sitting at the bar, but I felt they preferred to save the table for a larger party who might order more. The food was fine, the servers... More
