Decent Thai food

I loved eating here---until last Thursday. Lunch is served till 4PM. We got there at 2:20---well within the time-frame for lunch. The waitress brought our iced tea, papaya salad, soup, and main course---ALL AT THE SAME TIME. Had I eaten the salad first, then I would have had to eat everything else cold. Was very displeased and disappointed. Will not... More

I have seen how this restaurant have grown from the 90's. From being just a one room restaurant, now they have expanded and the lines have really gone longer. I still visit each time I am in NY and they have the best pad thai in NY and Duck over rice. Don't forget the fish cakes, the tom yan gun... More

At lunch time, there is no line. At dinner time, wait time is an hour even in freezing winter temperatures. Their clientele is from all continents of the world. This is how good their food is! In the summer, they have garden seating, which is quite nice and relaxing. My Thai friends, who were visiting from Bangkok, expressed appreciation of... More

Good food, convenient to all transportation. Prompt service but nobody takes care of the restroom, disgusting. It reflects the cleanliness of the restaurant. I refuse to go back. I am sorry Sripraphai.

The food was here was great. I really liked the coconut rice, too. Unless someone doesn't like like coconut, I would strongly recommend trying it. I had a curry with duck and Japanese eggplant. It was great. My only complaint would be that the eggplant was too seedy. I appreciated that they were not stingy with the duck, either. It... More

We've been to Thailand five times and we love Thai food. Our favorite Thai restaurant at home in California is in Oakland and whenever we travel in the U.S., we'll check out different Thai restaurants. We were in New York this month for a reunion. Friends of ours who live in Queens asked us what kind of food we like... More

My fabulous niece spent a couple years in Thailand and declares this to be, in her opinion, the best and most authentic Thai food in the US. We loved everything we tssted and could not disagree. All I can say is that you will NOT be disappointed. Thailand, unlike India for example, has a strong restaurant tradition so if you... More
