Perfect neighborhood cafe

Love this place. Great for breakfast, lunch, tea (and scones!), a quick dessert or a drink (try the sangria!). Seasonal options available - the strawberry lemonade is a sensational summer pick. Close to the train, too.

This is a wonderful neighborhood cafe with tasty breakfast, lunch and light dinner fare. Savory snacks and a glass of wine or sangria, plus a sing-along on Wednesday nights - all are welcome. The staff are friendly and attentive, but not overly. Stop in, you'll be happy you did.

A great neighborhood hangout and coffee place with newspapers to read. Good desserts and nice salads, as well as good variety of coffee. It's a really cute place.

I travel to NY frequently & love visiting this restaurant with my grandkids. The kids love their soup, salads & desserts. I love everything on the menu. A really nice place in the neighborhood for lighter meals or great pastries. Very small, so sometimes you have to wait for a table at lunch. Service is always excellent. We are never... More

We called in for breakfast most mornings during our visit to NY (staying with friends in Woodside). Service was generally excellent and apparently the coffee was very good (I'm a tea person). Anything we tried was very tasty - bagels, croissants, fruit salads, beans on toast and waffles with fruit. We called in one evening for food too. We had... More

LOVE this little coffee cafe. We had a Chai Latte and a coffee. Both loved our drinks. The employees are super kind and inviting.

My family and I can be found here at least once a week. It's a great restaurant and when you're a local the owners will get to know you really quick! I just wanted to post to correct the "Professor", this place is in fact in Woodside, but as 50th street is the first street of the border, our neighborhood... More

My friends and I stopped at this cafe in Queens. We all ordered the salads and thought they were good - no complaints. Our waitress had a great personality.

We were very pleased to find this cafe with a great atmosphere (cramped when busy) in Sunnyside (not Woodside, by the way). They do quite a busy take-out business and the menu ranges from salads to sandwiches to deserts. Coffee is good and they serve beer and wine. Music level was appropriate for conversation (Is restaurant is responsible for the... More
