Wasabi is a hidden gem in the Buffalo suberbs. Never have to wait, service is fast and the food is really delicious. I always get sashimi since the fish is absolutely top notch. Great for couples, family, buisness or even by yourself (has a bar).

The menu is really nice, lots to choose from. Food is fresh tasting and presented well. So far it's the best I've had in this area.

Friendly staff, great food. their uni sushi was very good and the fish on nigiri sushi just melts in your mouth. The kids enjoyed the Nabeyaki Udon. With very reasonable price, we'll be going back to this place.

So, I reviewed Wasabi over a year ago, with not so stellar results. Husband and I tried again and have been back a lot since. Like, a LOT. It quickly turned into our favorite sushi place! Big, fresh pieces of tuna (our favorite), friendly staff and of course, the sharp, modern decor. BUT, our visit last night propelled me to... More

We love this place. What more can I say? The companion and I had dinner here two nights ago. He was in the mood for sushi. We ordered the daily special appetizer and the two special rolls of the day. The appetizer was called a Shrimp Mermaid, and it was shrimp and spicy crab in a fried spring roll (fried,... More

If you want fresh, large portions of sashimi, and very nice ambiance, then this is for you. I wanted to eat, not watch a show. The food was so fresh, it made me actually "feel" good. The employees were friendly and helpful when asked about the types of choices offered on the menu. I would recommend this place of goodness... More

Everything went smoothly, from service, to food, to ambiance. The food was the best Japanese food I've tried yet in Buffalo. So I was really disappointed when they brought me the bill and I saw that they charged me for substituting tofu for chicken. The woman who seated us assured us that they were vegetarian friendly (although you'd never know... More

Freshest Sushi, Large Portions. If you like sushi, this is the best place to go. The prices are so reasonable for the quality that you get.

I can't speak for the sushi, since I never eat it, but friends order it happily. The lunch combo of salmon teriyaki is especially tasty and the accompaniments are also appealing -- miso soup, California rolls, salad and fried dumplings. Hard to choose between the red bean and green tea ice cream. But after tasting my guest's tempura cheesecake today,... More

Simple elegant, popular Williamsville sushi bar. The bar is pretty, but beverages definitely take backseat to the sushi. Ceviche appetizer is great. Love the sweet shrimp with crispy fried heads. I also recommend the hot and sour seafood soup and live scallop in season.
