The ribs are great, but the brisket is awesome. The owner oversees the meat cookery. Sides can be variable depending on who is doing the cooking. If you want crisp snappy green beans, don't order them here. These are the kind grandma made, cooked and cooked, but loaded with flavor. I've had okra ranging from just ok to great. Cole... More

We were passing through San Juan Capistrano and found Bad To the Bone Bbq! What a find! You can see all of the huge smokers from the register and the aroma inside causes your mouth to water. The beef brisket sandwich we had was juicy and tender. Excellent food and reasonably priced. We will make a special trip back up... More

If you are looking for fancy this is not your place.but for good BBQ it is. I found the brisket to be exceptionally good. The sides are good but nothing's special.Overall I would highly recommend.

There were several choices to choose from while we were visiting this area. The GPS said 'Barbecue' and we were headed in that direction. We got there just after dinnertime on a Friday night. They might consider being better lit from the street as I was not certain that they were open and I would not have noticed the restaurant... More

Chicken, ribs, and beef all smoked/grilled to perfection. I must go there once a month and I live in Webster. The last time I stopped there, I ordered just chicken to take home. It isn't fast food, but it is worth a five minute wait. I wish there was more of a drink selection but this place is no frills... More

ribs, chicken, brisket, great sides, whatever. it's all really good. this is not really a bigtime personal service venue, but the food is outrageous tasty and it comes pretty quick. the smoker outside looks like super high tech and probably cost megabucks. the owner is obviously all-ii cash wise. the food is fresh, clean, and if you leave hungry, it's... When comparing rib joints I try to be fair with the food and atmosphere. Food, The ribs and pulled pork are excellent. The sauce is very flavorful but you won't be finding a variety of sauces as many rib restaurants offer. I would call this a rib shack. You order and pay at the counter. Up side..no waitress to tip.... More

Real down home barbecue. I recommend the ribs and the chicken combo! Cajun corn and the sweet potato fries are delicious! This is real smoked meat, I am actually getting hungry writing this and my mouth is watering.

It started out with a Bang, and just went downhill after that. The ribs were tough and greasy, they used to fall right off the bone. The cornbread was so hard I could hurt someone if I flung it at them. What happened?
